I learned this from James &arrison. Former Pittsburgh Steelers James Harrison proved that you should be hip thrusting more than you Squat and deadlift and that guy pushed a monster sled

I used to preach all the time that to train your lock out for deadlift hip thrusts and rack pulls from below the knee
