@@kripashetty7312 its not the coconut itself that can damage you kidneys, its the potassium within the coconut. too much potassium is what damages the kidneys. thats why u should consume all things in moderation. also, make sure to drink enough water. as youll lose potassium via urine

Thank you for posting videos. They are very interesting and to the point. At 0:47 you say not consuming sufficient potassium can cause low blood pressure. I thought low potassium causes high blood pressure?

Supplements never work like they are marketed as. There's a reason plants give fruits and not supplement tablets. When taken through the natural way, it gets absorbed the best. When taken through supplements, it's the least absorbed. Also wastes a lot of ur money too

You'd have to consume six to seven bananas a day to get the amount of Potassium you need. There is 590 mg in 8 oz of coconut milk...so you need to chug four to six glasses each day. *Supplementation is the only way to go. You'll be sitting on the toilet trying to digest all those bananas.
