This is the thing: we’re being played. Hopefully you have found some people at your workplace that truly do care (they may not see things from a similar worldview, however), but the corporate structure is typically designed to benefit the corporation, of course, and there’s typically not really anyone to address about the issue. Sure, there’s a person with that role, possibly, but they aren’t representing your needs to the corporation; they’re working for the corporation. Our culture’s focus on “your choice/you do you” only works if your “choice” is the same as theirs! Ironic, with all the noise around “freedom”.

A child will endure long after you have left his earth, and if that child grows up to have children, and so on and so forth, then you have a legacy that could potentially last for centuries. Oh my. Telling your boss about pregnancy is so stressful. Even to a prolife one Christian company. I remember it was for me so much so I told about it on my 7-9 week pregnancy almost as soon as I found out just because I felt so bad like I'm betraying the company. Yes the feedback wasn't nice. When I had twin daughters and they grew up I told them even if they were raped do not be ashamed at any cost because there are many many people waiting to adopt babies if someone does not want a child. I also had complications with my son that some doctors would say "oh you should abort".... He is grown and healthy. Infuriates me that people want to try to be in control of what God is in control of. Read your Bible and see how many times it says... God is in control of ALL life and death. One of my twins is married to a man who was given up at birth and I praise God that he is in our lives and someone did not decide to abort him. 🙏🇱🇷🙏
