All he has is pro-abortion talking points and it’s really obvious. I think most of us that have done any level of dialogue have had similar experiences. It gets really hard to try and talk while some person defends killing children to you with bad information they won’t be corrected on. I commend Lila for going on the show, because I’ve lost all patience with people who think that killing an unborn baby is ok. It just makes me feel ill now and lose my ability to hold back a general look of disgust past about five minutes.

It's quite disturbing to see Stephen think of himself as neutral/not extreme, while using very biased language and obvious misrepresentation and vilification of the person he interviews.. even if he was right, hed still be the pot calling the kettle black. Lila did well, she held her ground and didn't get goaded. What the woman in Texas needed was NOT an abortion. That’s the point. Even if the baby wasn’t going to make it. And could be treated in no other way, removing it would not have been an abortion. Once ur membranes rupture in a pregnancy we have to get the fetus out within 24 hours due to risk of infection sepsis death of the mother (which is never discussed a fetus has a right to live but not the pregnant person. So spare me with that bs). Removing the fetus or inducing labor will result in the death of that fetus in that situation as fetus not able To survive outside the womb. The doctors in Texas refused to deliver the fetus because fetus still had a heart beat. In Texas if u do anything medically to a fetus with a beating heart (even a dying fetus) ur charged with murder. So no the doctors could not legally perform the procedure until the fetus had no heart beat unfortunately the mom went into shock hemorrhage and spent days in icu still with a non viable Fetus inside her while she continued to have her condition worsen and become closer to death because the fetus who won’t survive still had a “heartbeat “. That’s the reality of these laws. Also fetus had no actual heart beat for months as it had no heart to beat. What u hear on ultrasound especially at 6 weeks is electrical impulses produced by pregnant persons body their heart being sent to the developing fetal tissuedeveloping tissue which republicans chose to call a heartbeat so women had no time to know of their pregnancy or make decisions about their pregnancy. They know it’s not a heart beat as fetus has no heart to beat it’s a cheap ploy . I’d suggest if u aren’t a medical professional especially one operating in these states trying to help women then u don’t know wtf ur talking about. I do this for a living so I do know what I’m talking about here. The right of adult pregnant persons to live or have any say in their lives or bodily autonomy is stripped from the moment of pregnancy until birth. The life of the pregnant person is not considered and it’s not equal when you as a supposed living is citizen lose rights because a fetus might live inside ur body and if it doesn’t u won’t be treated until that fetus dies first. That’s disgusting and ridiculous. I don’t like being owned by Texas from conception until birth or the death of myself and my child possibly because when u let the incubator die (the pregnant person keeping the fetus alive) u lose the lives of the fetus who isn’t alive yet and the pregnant person who is supposed to be a us citizen with equal rights yet we in fact don’t have the right to life while pregnant. U can look up casss in court where Loma needed abortion to save their lives and fetus wasn’t going to live once judge granted right to abortion under ur bs exceptions the Texas attorney general moved the case for immediate review and reversal in Texas Supreme Court. So no the exceptions aren’t honored by courts so we nurse and doctors can get death penalty for helping them especially if a dying fetus is removed to save them. We get the death penalty.
