This is really nice & I'm glad you made a drawing out of this particular scene! I love the background. The colors really look good together and I really liked how you did the lighting on the mountain You have a good grasp on human proportions as well, too; which is something difficult to get a grasp of. Also WOW how did you hands?? Just a friendly critique: Yes, the pose does look good but it feels quite stiff. I recommend making studies of lines of action & creating more dynamic, flowing figures. I'm not very familiar with composition all too well but I feel like you could have improved the way you used the space as well; make Evan appear bigger in the picture because he's the focus of the entire portrait. And this is something very difficult to pull off but looks VERY, VERY nice: use perspective and foreshortening to make it even more dynamic (an artist who does this REALLY well is walkingmelonsAAA)

I loved the drawing/speedpaint! Especially the background and Evan Hansen. But, I think you should've toned it down a bit on the shading. When it came to the tree and Evan, I feel like they wouldn't have been as bright on the side facing us or the viewer. It still looks amazing, though, even with all the shading! Please don't take any of this the wrong way.
