Both were wrong but why keep them in prison for ever I’m sure they suffered enough. Hope they go home and live the rest of their lives free. Not sure what abuse actually took place but killing anyone is not the answer. Set them free they spent enough years of torture already.

Forget about whether they are dangerous to society or not, that’s not for average person to determine! They killed in cold blood, both their mother and father Like what!!! They wanted to life of luxury and freedom If they were abused like they claimed, they could have simply left the house and filed law suit of whatever But no, they wanted the money and freedom Read below.. Shame on anyway who says they should be out Lucky they were executed already!!! On the evening of August 20, 1989, José and Kitty were standing in the den of their Beverly Hills mansion when Lyle and Erik entered the den, carrying shotguns.[15] José was shot six times, including a fatal shot in the back of the head with a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun.[16] Kitty was shot ten times in total. Before the fatal shot to her cheek, she was on the ground, slowly crawling and crying. Lyle ran to his car to reload before firing the fatal shot to her face.

A victim of SA suffers with that their entire life! Thst so called father horrifically tortured those boys! The so called mother, did nothing! They lived in fear constantly! Did they ever receive help for the trauma they endured- NO! They’ve served much of much time for being proven VICTIMS! They are not a danger to society. SET THE FREE!

People thought Lee Furrow deserved his freedom. When he was close to the scene of the crime, some people said he did it, but others said Kevin Cooper did it. Most of the victims are still dead, but furrow's friends say Cooper did it, and Cooper's friends say Furrow did it. I saw one of the victims on my property a few months before he died. Thank goodness nobody said I did it because the cops won't buy it off me if I tell them I didn't.

@richardchildress9031Ай бұрын
Didn't you understand? It was an old letter that was written by one of the brothers before the murders happen conveying the S.A. to a family member. Meaning that, them being S.A. was true and not a made up story after the fact of the murder to get a way of murder. That the motive was not about money, but a reaction of their assaults.This new evidence will likely change and lower their sentencing guidelines and let them to be automatically released..

They let a Manson family murderer free, so they should let these brothers free also. The Manson family had death sentences that were commuted to life in prison when CA did away with the death penalty. They should never have been eligible for parole.
