The power of the breath by Wim Hof - double your pushups without breathing

!! Don't do the breathing exercises in a swimming pool, before going underwater, beneath the shower, or piloting any vehicle. Always practice sitting or lying down in a safe environment. Tinnitus symptoms may appear as a result of pushing too forcefully during the breathing exercise. If this happens, take a step back in your future practice, it’s important to increase gradually, not forcefully !!
How many push-ups can you usually do? Wim Hof has found a way to do more push-ups than ever before. Check out the video and try it out for yourself. Write in the comments below how your progress went!

Luke Mayer Make sure you’re not exhaling completely. When you start to feel some pressure, then let out a little at a time. Don’t inhale until your diaphragm starts bouncing a little. Don’t force it, but wait until you really need a breath. I also hold the inhale awhile longer. I also let my breathing get back to almost normal again before starting the next round. Hope that helps.

On my 1st set of push ups I did 40, then 30 and last set a crazy 45! Once I finished I noticed that I was breathing fully clear. The nostril opened up! This is like magic. The magic to allow the body the best rounds of oxygenation posible. We truly don't breath properly during the day. Let's embrace the WHM and let the body heal with plenty of oxygen.

Try this...everytime he says "relax" i pound a Labatt's Max Ice. I'm sure Wim is right when he talks about the benefits of cold showers and sitting in ice-baths and all, but think about it.....does rubbing aspirin on your head make your headache go away??? Of course not fool. You have to get it inside of you. So.........if sitting in ice can be good for you, how much better must it be to cool yourself FROM THE INSIDE. And thats the secret behind pounding Labatt's Max Ice it works from the inside. Plus, it doesn't make your hair fall out and get real stringy like cat piss. And it doesn't give you bags under your eyes or cause your beard to go prematurely gray. Try it with pizza. No, no, no.......hot fresh pizza. Pizza that has been sitting in the fridge for a day or two so its nice and.....thats right......cold.

Stop fucking hating. You’re the type of guy to not apply anything he sees in these videos but act like he knows it all in the comments.

Same as usually, 10 in a row. And the ones on the knees. Gonna give it another go! 💪

What I realize is that to get the effect, the relaxation before the breathing is fundamental. Today I've noticed that I did the relaxation in a mechanical way, and was not really relaxed when started the breathing. The result was that I craved for air before that regular push count and did the same amount as usual because of that. But I was able in other sessions to achieve 20-30% more.

@@2006017637 well explained, I guess mine could be the same reason as yours as I could only add 5 pushups by doing this

I blacked out and fell of my chair, but at least I made myself get on the floor.
