I don’t usually comment on here but I had to share this with my iron brothers and sisters, I started my weightlifting journey two years ago at 170 pounds and I hit my goal weight today at 200 pounds! Also I had a great leg workout this morning!

Legs are just pointless to the vast majority of ppl who hit the gym because their purpose is to “look good”. You can have chicken legs and look good with jeans. But you’ll need a built upper body to look good in a shirt.
@luiscarreno555426 күн бұрын
@@Pwjdjskw yeah for aesthetics but legs are fundamental and it is known that they help build strength in your upper body , so if your built and got tiny legs your could get bigger or atleast stronger if you start training legs

Bros don’t skip “leg day” due to nervousness or laziness, they skip squats/heavy presses and RDLs due to nervousness or laziness. Leg extensions and leg curls are the easy way out of an upcoming “leg day” in a routine Bros skip “leg day” (even of just leg extensions and leg curls) purely out of the boredom of hitting legs instead of upper body.
