Sam doesn’t “look” bigger than before, but his muscular maturity and aesthetics are clearly winning out here. His proportions look great, his skin isn’t blistered red with pimples, and his muscles are sharp. This is really looking to be a great pro debut

Bc the amount of protein you eat while on a cut, and depending on how you lift you can keep “most” of you muscle while cutting. Now as for his last bulk, yeah he gained fat. But he knows he will cut it down.

If he wasn't overly concerned he wouldn't he on the high doses of peds lol. I'm not knocking it bc I use them too. But he is absolutely 100% concerned with muscle loss. You don't bulk and cut at this level and not be concerned with that. It would have been a totally wasted bulk and failed cut otherwise

He's got massive amounts of muscle, and even during a bulk doesn't have a high body fat percentage, he looks massive and lean no matter what, so why should he be worried about it lol. If you're like 190 lbs and cutting you'll be way more concerned about losing even a lb of muscle, cuz you cant afford to lose any muscle since after your cut you're already gonna look kinda small in clothes. He's also on roids tho, so he pretty much won't be losing any muscle on his cut anyway.

Awesome video as always. I am finally looking more muscular than ever. I started to exercise 4 times per week at the gym, 80 mins max. I increased daily caloric intake and I am following meal plan from OnlyMeal last two months. In that period I gained 16lbs of pure muscle. And I am incorporating Sam's tips and tricks every single day. Thank you Sam for everything you did for us.

Thanks for the inspiration Sam. You’ve got me in a mindset where I’ve been able to go to the gym 7 days a week for the past year and a half. 195, 5’11 and prob 12% bf. Getting hernia surgery tomorrow that is gonna keep me out of the gym for at least 4 weeks. You’ll help me find that drive again. Keep grinding brotha

@truthteller.. maybe. Only 11 days in. Too early to tell. Haven't lost any strength in the gym yet and I'm keeping track of everything I'm doing in a journal for reps and weight. I'll go up a couple hundred calories if I notice too much deteriotion

@@scorpas3936 i just like getting it done man. Feels better to me when it's kind of a challenege. I did a slower deficit earlier this year and lost 14 pounds. Went to maintenance for a month. Now I'm back at the deficit with a little more aggression for 12 weeks and then back to maintenance.

Hey Sam, I don’t hear too many people talk about readjusting their calories after they lose a significant amount of weight. I think learned this from experience but the calorie difference for me after I lost 20 pounds was about 300 calories. That 300 calories kept me on track to losing more pounds. Point being I wasn’t gonna shake any stubborn weight off if I kept my calories the same. Or at worst maintained the weight or at best lose weight at a slower rate.

I'm 18, and just started lifting since August of 2024, and so far my pr for bench is 115, I'm working on 135, hopefully I can hit 120 by january💖 it went from 65 to 115😊 need that muscle mommy build. I weigh 165, but don't look that fat I think, should I diet or stay on a bulk build? I want to get more lean but have more muscle

Instead of mustard you ever try g hughes sauce? He got Polynesian sauce and sweet chili sauce amongst a bunch of other flavors including mustard. I love his sauce I put it on any meal prep and it helps me get it down every day

i suggest you a realy easy meal which is: a can of tuna with a can of corn and some mayo on top. and for the egg whites, try a pour a little of olive oil with some salt and pepper combo, thanks for the videos!!

Wonder if Sam has any opinion on someone who was close to 400 (with a lean mass of 230) of being in a deficit for 80 percent of a year to get down 100 pounds, if there’s a point you need to go up on calories to maintenance or a little above or if you should keep cutting until you’re closer to under 20% bf.

Hey Sam, chances of you seeing this are slim but might as well try. I've been cutting since the end of May, so 6 months of solid fat loss, so far I'm down 31lbs. Now, I'm really struggling to maintain my diet. I train 6x a week, do cardio 3x a week, and count all my macros and calories. I'm at 17% body fat, and want to get to 12%... Is it worth continuing for me? Or switching to a bulk to give myself a break for a few months. I don't like the idea of maintenance for a month cause it feels like a waste. Much love.
