Looks good Jerry! You know what is good is purple garlic! The farmers market has them(Might be too soon yet this year) But,they are HUGE!! And I LOVE sweet onions! Not all of them are sweet onions. Even though they say they are. Vadalla onions are what I like! Walmart has them. The ones you can eat like an apple slice. They have them at Walmart. Do you like catfish? Walmart has catfish in a bag. And it's REALLY GOOD if you have corn meal on a plate and italian bread crumbs on a separate plate and eggs and milk beat together in a bowl or dish. I roll it in the corm meal,then the milk/egg mixure. Then the bread crumbs.Oh MY GOODNESS!! It's like the crackle barrel catfish. SOOOOO GOOD!!

We're all great cooks! LOL Good food keeps them coming back! My mom and her siblings gathered everyone's recipes and printed a family cookbook! Cooking on the Five-mile Line. By The Corpsteins. A requirement for submitting a recipe we had to give the story (province sp?) behind the recipe.

I could eat fish everyday and your recipe looks amazing! It’s been great since purchasing a home with my daughter and her family. I have my apartment in the basement and they have the main and top floor. We’ve been here for 9 years and it’s worked out great.

My husband is from the Tongan Islands. When my daughter was in 1st grade, she was asked to tell the class about her family on the first week of class.
