I feel like when I pull back my arms are extended but when I go to put my feet there they just don't seem to reach the bar. Not sure if it's hip mobility or if I'm deloading my shoulders so I'm not as high up anymore if that makes sense

I have seen you video about the early arm pull in the ring muscle up. But still cant get the cue. So if you could give me a cue it would be nice.

Been able to string toes to bar, on a descending 10-9-8-7...1 rep scheme, all unbroken, thanks to your video. And I did it with deadlifts as a couplet WOD. I still think I'm not as proficient at t2b though because when I do it with shoulder and arm intensive movements, I lose my kip and I'm down to doing 5s then 2s then singles. I start to swing I think bc I can't keep my lats engaged. Any suggestion as to how I can fix this? Btw, I'm also able to do double unders bc of your video! I've only been watching them on KZbin and Facebook but thinking about subscribing on your website!
