@Vox Deus yes I have. 😊 people are very creative and talented. I have been fortunate to be taken under the wing of a gentleman who has been cutting and cabbing gems for 60yrs. At 81 he still cuts gems every day. I have been very blessed humbled by his generosity in teaching me. I love watching youtube videos on anything gem related and amazing wood turning videos. ❤

Vox Deus I am also one of R Humphry,s followers and subscribers. He is a great source of inspiration to many, me too. I have also started with some wood-turning on my Cholchester Student 1800 steel lathe. Am busy adapting it to work with the correct chisels etc. Cannot afford a proper Woodturner,s lathe. I believe to use what I have , never losing sight of what I aspire to. With people like R Humphry my spirit is called to the “spirit” in which he does his work with love and respect towards wood and service and people. May you be able to get your lathe as soon as possible and enjoy a great hobby and channel.
