그렇죠! 운동을 하면서 돈을 쓰지 않아도 되는 것은 참 좋은 점입니다. 하지만 운동을 할 때 필요한 장비가 있으면 더 효과적으로 운동할 수 있어요. 건강한 몸을 위해서는 조금의 투자는 필요하죠. 그래도 장비 없이도 할 수 있는 운동도 많으니까 걱정하지 마세요. 함께 건강한 삶을 즐겨
