It a great workout in keeping with all your routines. They are easy to follow. I combine each exercise on your video with a weights routine and cross trainer reps which works out for a total of an hour of training. My only real complaint is not to the channel but KZbin who insert adverts half way through an exercise. Given the algorithm detects the most minute moments of offence you would think they could insert ads in the right places 😡
