This is a bit dated so there are some extra windows in current version BUT you were spot on in the explaination of mailing to groups. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I can now buy 100k of cloth and just mail it to my tailor with one click. Yes, I have to go back and refill my bags again ;) but then one click and all the cloth is mailed. Again, you have no idea how MANY damn vids i watched to FINALY get to this one, that worked, the first time. THANKS AGAIN!!

Well that cleared up my question fsure!!!! Thanks so much. I was staring at the mailbox TSM thing for like 1hr trying to figure it out (yes im dumb)... All I really had to do was go to group and click mail selected groups. Thanks for that :P I realise this old video, hope your doing well brother!

Do I have to duplicate everything for the opposite faction? or can I somehow use the same groups/operations for both. Example: I want to send all cloth to 1 horde character and then all cloth gathered on the alliance to another designated alliance character with the same group/operation.

You can have multiple mailing operations, I'm not sure what TSM would do with ignoring ones for characters on the other faction. You could also duplicate the profile and use different mailing operations if you prefer.

How would you set up TSM Mailing to mail to characters on the same realm? I have toons on a couple realms and set up mailing parameters for items, but had an issue because it tried to send an item to a toon on another realm, but in actuality it was sent to someone with the same name on the current realm. I need so help being able to set up mailings to send to toons on the same realm as the toon I am on. How would you set up mailing under that situation.

That's an interesting issue. Try adding the realm with a hyphen? e.g characterName-realmName

Samadan, I wonder if you've found an effective way to separate items by rarity when mailing. For example, I make a load of cloth bracers, and I want to send the rare procs to my Disenchanter and the rest to my Scribe to scrap.

I guess you could specify them all specifically by keeping ignore random enchants turned off and splitting into 2 sub groups, one for all the blue variations and one for the greens. Then give each one a different mailing operation.

I was afraid of that. I suppose I'll be spending some time on a custom group shortly then, as sorting these out by hand is getting to be a bit silly.

Am I right, that the old "Quick send" was removed altogether? Is there any other way to send items with cod then? Because I sell Lockboxes. And If I sell 2k+ via mail it is really annoying and I tend to make mistakes with so many.

Yes it has been removed. I'm not sure about cod in TSM, perhaps ask them on the discord and see if they will add it as a feature if it's not there?

Hey Samadan thank you for your amazing work!!! I hope you can help me, for me the most annoying thing in the world is to deposit or take something from guild bank to action or use for crafting... the time it takes is impossible takes so long I’m not sure if is realm lag or wath but it takes to long... wath addon you use for things like that? TSM warehousing is integrated in TSM4 but have no ideea how to set that up. Thanks

Guild banks are horribly slow, it's something Blizzard's side. If I can, I keep a stack of the most frequent stuff in my reagent bank as it's much easier to access. I use the Tasklist to grab odd items and that works for the most part.

I have a question i hope you can answer for me: How do i send out herbs for all my alts, to do a transmute? I have 9 alts that need 5 of each herb to make the daily transmute, but cant get TSM to send out stacks of 5 for each char.

I don't think you would need to ignore other characters. I imagine it would go through each one. I'd have to test it to be sure.

The only thing I can think of is to make a sub group and put your mailing items in there.

I noticed that with my bfa herb group it does not send riverbud to my bank alt, even though it says so in the log. But for some reason it keeps it in my bag and only sends all other herbs... :(

Have you got "keep x amount in bags" checked or something? Sounds a strange one indeed.

I cant seem to find a way to mail items to selected characters without changing the operation target... The goal : send item to target alt without editing groups/operations current issues: items are locked to a single group so i cant put each alt in its own group, multiple mailing operations in a single group leads to nothing happening, parenting groups with different operations also only allows the lowest tier to actually function. is there any work around for this or do i need to change the mailing target each time?

You could perhaps use a different profile for each? Not ideal I know, but its fairly easy to swap between profiles.
