Havoc most likely will make an apereance later down the road , storm does take up the roll as headmistress , rogue has an affair with magneto , they can touch upon with gambit when he went on he's assassination mission against the morlacks I believe on behalf of Mr sinister, and a extra note I can see them reviving prof.X because them having the state of genosha they can adapt the story line were they can revive dead mutants, but they would still need the scarlet with , and I believe Mr sinister is who created the machine that revives them

So, I think that pregnant Jean is actually the real mccoy and it is the other Jean who is the duplicate named Pryor. This is the real twist. Pryor convinces the X-men that she is the real jean and seduces Logan. Logan will be the goblin king or whatever. Possibly sets up a scenario where Storm eventually leads the X-men and Cyclops and Jean retire and move away with their child.

I'm pretty sure for Storm to get her powers back, she will have to use to weapon that was used on Professor X. That weapon literally does the opposite to a mutant. It enhance the mutant power that it was used on making the professor powers becoming to much. Use that on Storm and she gonna be good.
