Still working out with that video in 2020 and i'm in a wheelchair! #noesxcuses ! I just replace the exercices where i cannot bend over with a butterfly curl, and the body weight dips by lifting my body up off the wheelchair positioning my hands on the wheels!

I've been doing this every day for 6 days now using 5lb weights along with her other video that is almost the same exercises with the smaller pink weights and I can already see so much definition in my arms when I flex. Wish I could upload a video flexing so everyone can see my progress in the comments. I can't wait to see what they'll look like in 3 more weeks!

You need to pick up heavier weights. 5 pounds is not enough. Push each set to failure. Which means that you cannot do the last rep without help. Do not do over 14 reps on each set. Use a pyramid system for each muscle group. Perform up to 12 or 16 sets for each body part, unless you are combining muscle groups. Thanks for the advice but when I haven't worked out in a long time, I will start out with light weights and then increase the weights as I build muscle.

Very good workouts, I love watching her but I always turn down the volume very low but not all the way because hearing their voice gets me anxious and nervous when following the same workout lol I do this with every video though xD

Really liked this! I can already tell my arms are gonna look awesome tomorrow. I'm always looking for exercises for getting my dream butt -- full, round, perky, toned, and abundant. In fact, Beyonce definitely comes to mind. Would love to see that workout!

I love this exercise channel but, it would be nice to have something that challenges hip flexers or that region. In fact its where there seems to be a lot access fat, at least for me.

I am 13 and did this,I see all in the comments people said their arms are dying, but mine are not. The one where your arm had to go back i couldn't do so i used cans. Guess I tried.
