I had gained over 90lbs from medications I was taking. I lost forty of them by stopping the medication alone. Now I'm trying to get my sedentary body back into somewhat good shape now that my mental health is more or less under control. I gained 7lbs of muscle mass from doing this workout, which was very discouraging when I hopped on the scale. To my joy I found that I had indeed lost three of those pounds and am also working to get my chaotic eating habits under control. This video has helped me so much. I feel stronger, healthier, and my body shape is changing completely despite what the scale says. Rebecca, this 7 minute cardio work out is just what I needed-something short but hits the spot. I also love your 9 exercises to a flat tummy. I have been doing these along with Kelsey's thigh exercise and stretch routines and eating healthy I have lost about 7-to 8 pounds in the last three weeks since I have been introduced to Xhit. Thank you so much. Ladies, these exercise routines work and we don't have to leave our home. I only wish I had taken a photo to show a flabby tummy and thigh before and after pic. lol after doing insanity for more than a year this is literally as easy as a walk in the park BUT it is a very good way to start off the day for anyone! ( Only because it will jumpstart your metabolism and give you some energy, don't expect to lose weight from this workout especially if not eating properly )

Hi so everyday except one, which is my rest day, im doing two of "How to burn off a starbucks frappuccino in 5 minutes" (which every one of those burn 100 calories, so i´d be burning 200 up to there but after that i do one "how to burn 150 calories in 8 minutes" and with this one i´d be burning 350 cals but i also add two or three of "how to burn 50 calories in less than 3 minutes" and with this exercises im burning 450-500 cals everyday and i´ve already seen the amazing results at the 4th day!

Hello! Loved your video and specially your energy! Congrats! It motivates us to really do the exercises with you! But I have two doubts... 1- Can we do this 7 minute workout everyday? Or If we want to exercise everyday should we merge with other routines in order to let the muscles "rest" for one or two days so we can tone the muscles better? And question 2- Isn't and interval required between each exercise? I've seen this in other videos. If you're an athlete maybe it's ok, but specially if you were sedentary like me before starting this workout isn't the interval required? Thanks a lot in advance and congrats again, I really loved this video!

Once for 7 months there is an app for it called 7 minuet workout it keeps it all on track for you.
