try doing 5minutes, then working up to the 10 min abs. I was having difficulty at first but I can now do the whole workout twice a day.

I've been doing this about 4 times a week for the past 1.5 months. The first week I had to keep pausing and stopping. By week 3 I was able to keep up with the video. My stomach is definitely more defined now, can see my oblique muscles now and I have a subtle line down the middle. Keep going guys you can do it! I'll update in another 1.5 months.

Ive been doing this workout once almost every day for a good 3 months now, i usually switch it up and watch other videos on xhit but ive done this one the most and id like to say thank you so much, bc i literally am in love with my body. My stomach has lost so much "belly fat" it's flat now with the outline of the abs. Im so excited, and ik if i keep working as hard as i have been that ill get that six pack in less time than imagined. Thank you so much for keeping my workouts simple and FUN!! 👌

I saw changes after two months of this exercise with some other abs exercise and other cardio activities almost everyday. However I guess I am back to starting again since I ate unhealtily without limits for two weeks and the progress I once had suddenly dropped again. If you really want to have a flatter tummy as I want to have, always put in mind that it takes true dedication and a total lifestyle change. You can cheat but always think of the servings. Let us not give up. We can do it.

*****​​, I feel you. We are just human and we screw up things and eat bad meal. I ate a lot today too since I attended a party. Feel the remorse and then make it as a lesson that next time, we'll be wiser on the foods we eat and are going to eat. Tomorrow is another chance to make a difference. And hey, you can eat those junks but in small portion once in a while, a treat! I once loved soda and chocolates but I learned to let go of them. It's all about our mind. However I cannot give up bread and bananas. They are my achille's hell. Please let me know your progress. We can share ideas and share our progress to motivate each other! Good luck!!!

I've been doing this for about 2 months now and I can really see the difference and honestly there is nothing bad I can say about this. it is such an easy workout to do, although through the first few days or weeks it will be hard but your body just has to gt used to it. Also make sure you eat clean when your doing this because awokrout isn't going to do anything if your eating junk which you really don't need to eat. I did this two times a day and ate clean and I also made some detox water which really kept me away from snacking and I saw results within the first week I had lost 5 pounds and it gets so much easier within time and its so easy to find ten minutes in the day to do this workout. but I wouldn't reccomend anymore than working out 2 times a day because you could really hurt yourself an its just not good for you. Also make sure if your doing two workouts a day that you keep them pretty far apart from eachother, for example i do one in the morning and then one at night. but anyways this has helped me so much and I am so thnakful that I found this video.

+Meara Khanna you could also try some type of detox water which really helped me from wanting to snack! I know it sounds crazy but I made one and I really loved it and I no longer had the urge to snack at all

I have been doing this every day with a few modifications (to increase the difficulty). 1. On the flutter kicks, I raise and lower my legs (I keep them mid-way for the scissor kicks) 2. On the Russian twists, I use a 5lb hand weight and I also lift my legs (so it's more like the V sit position) 3. on the side planks, I do hip dips rather than hold static 4. on the second round of leg lifts (first exercise) I add a little reverse crunch while my legs are in the air I am 41 years old and my body looks better now than it ever did in my 20's! I wish I could post a photo here, I legit have 6 pack lines! Thank you for this workout, it's perfect!

I have been doing this for six days now and I'm already really seeing results . My middle line has already appeared and I have two upper little abs at the touch , not visible yet but soon will be . Sometimes I feel too lazy but then remind myself, "it's only been six days and I'm already like this, I must go on". I will try to consistently do this for two months, let's see where it takes me. :)

몇개월 전에 이거해서 후기 남겼는데..내꺼 댓이 안보여서 다시 답니당.. 지금 너무 방콕생활을 해서 살이 쬬가지고... 이거 4일만이라도 하면 효과 똿 보여요...개꿀인 대신 인내싸움임...다들 화이팅!! (+다들 포기하지말고 좀만 버텨봐요...그래야 뱃살이 무서워서 들어가니깐...) 그 혹시 안되시는분은 조금 더 해보세요! 4일 이상해서 될수도 있으니깐! 저는 그전에도 운동을 하던사람이여서 그럴 슈 있으니깐용...ㅎㅎ

The best ab workout ever, i have seen a lot of ab workout videos on youtube, but this suit me perfectly and it really works. I was in the local beauty competition, all the people were staring at my abs, although i did not work so hard :DD. I recommend it everyone, who want to look toned and feel fit. Leg drops: 🙁 Flutter kicks: 😫 Scissor kicks:😖 Mountain climbers:😣 V-crunches: I can't balance Toe touches: 😓 Russian twists: 😖 Plank: 😵 Side planks: I literally don't feel anything in a side plank, no matter how long I hold a side plank I die every time I do this workout, but it is working! I've always had a flat stomach, but it was just flat. No abs. Now, I got a six pack in a month! Would highly recommend! Also, if you get tired after like one minute, I can relate! You can just take a break by skipping a few exercises! Then keep slowly adding a different exercise each day until you've done the whole workout! Trust me! This is what I did, and it got soooooooo much easier!! Good luck!

Ok so I've been doing this workout every day and drinking a good amount of water too and I can literally _feel_ the difference!! This really works but just make sure to take breaks and don't injure yourself. As long as u take the time to put in the effort and continue to do it u will see results!! Do it for yourself and don't let anyone get u down

OMH make sure you mix it up with other work outs so you're not doing the same one all the time, as your body gets used it and stops responding

I started 2 days ago and today is day 3. 😅 please motivate me I want a six pack at least before June this year! I’m doing this once a day. I’m almost 15 (5-3-2018🎉) and my tummy was almost flat beforehand but I have a little pooch on the lower half of my abdomen. I’m a little bit late but here are my feelings from day 1 to day 3 (today) Day 1: THE PAIN WAS UNREAL, my abs burned like hell and my stomach remained sore for the whole day. But I kept pushing and managed to do the whole workout but the V-crunches and side planks were so hard so I couldn’t do them fully. I could feel the soreness of my abs whenever I laughed or tightened my stomach. Day 2: I finished the workout once again and I died this day because my abs where still hurting from the day before but I felt a bit relieved because it wasn’t as big as a shock for my body as day 1. I looked if my abs started to appear what was really unrealistic of me😂 I didn’t see any abs but my stomach was red! But I think that’s normal (idk lemme know pls). Stomach still burned throughout the day. Day 3: I finished the workout without doing the V-crunches and side planks. Instead of those I did the Russian Twist as this was the least difficult alternative. I finished at 5:36 PM (Dutch time) and I’m now typing this. I hope the pain eases as time passes so I can push further and get my abs ASAP. My stomach hurts but not as much as day 1 tho... give me tips for the V-crunches tho because I really think those are really effective but doing them hurts me so badly that I just skip those. Should I keep you guys updated? Pls motivate me I really want abs and I hope this comment doesn’t get lost, and no I won’t leave this comment section and disappear like 90% of the “updating people” do😂✅

Day 4: my abs are starting to hurt less, only while squeezing my abs or during the workout they hurt. I think that’s progress! I managed to do the first round of side planks and a little bit of the V-sits! I’m so happy , I’m getting closer to being able to do the workout fully! I just did it and I’m planning to doing it over again because my abs don’t hurt as much, wish me luck! I can’t wait till day 7. That’s when I’m going to compare my pics and I will keep going until day 30 or even more. I’m pumped !

Day 5 I barely could feel any burning in my abs doing regular things, only when I tightened my tummy I would feel a slight soreness! After the workout my tummy started to get a bit more sore but breathing doesn’t burn anymore (since day 4) I did the v crunches for 5 seconds total and finished the rest of the workout without second round of side planks because my body feels really tired and you need full body strength for that. I see a littttttle teeny weeny difference , my stomach has become a little bit flatter. Just a little bit, it’s almost flat when I stand up straight. I’ll update you guys on day 7. And after day 7 I’ll update at day 10 if I haven’t given up but pls motivate me! I need it

Shareen pretty good so far, I can see a difference in the definition of my abs. I've been on and off though so I haven't been that consistent, but overall there is definitely different in the outline of my abs and in my strength

5 days in- Not much change on my thighs, but I feel like my calves are a little bit bulkier? As for abs, the workout is becoming slightly easier however it still burns a lot. Although I can see slight ab outlines I couldn't see before when I tense my abs

i shit you not this has really helped me. i've been doing this along with some other xhit workouts (like the leg one and some full body workouts) and some easy dance cardio videos i found on youtube. i won't lie i've been having lots of rest days bc of exams and laziness lmao. but honestly i think you should try this people have noticed that i lost weight and my stomach is much more toned. just remember to be consistent, patient, and don't forget to rest (and have cheat days) :))

I know I’m a few years late to this but I’m going to be doing this everyday, comment anything on this to get updates etc. Day:1 Went through most the workout with no issues, on the second time around it was difficult to do the lower ab workouts Day 2: Slightly harder than first day as muscles were already tired and fatigued, still worked through it. Day 3: (completed at 7:53am) First round of workouts quite easy, completed all exercises however round two I struggled to complete all of them, got through the workout though. Am abs are somewhat visible after the workout. Day 4: (completed at 8:01am) this was by far the hardest day, my lower abs kill so much from doing the first 1 minute 30 seconds, I still completed it. Can’t wait to go again tomorrow. Day 5: (completed at 7:52am) first round found quite easy, second round the lower abs were considerably harder than everything else. Day 6: This workout was very exhausting, feel great afterwards. Made me sweat quite a lot, my bottom 2 abs are getting a lot stronger this workout has benefitted my body great so far. Day 7: Second round was very tiring, more core is starting to get a lot stronger, not too many visable changes only when I tense. Day 8: This has been by far the toughest day, felt dehydrated and had a migraine but still completed it. Day 9: Had little motivation to start working out, once I started it wasn’t too bad. Already had done 100 sit-ups earlier in the day and my core was hurting S Day 10: didn’t do it Day 11: completed it, was really difficult, upset about missing day 10. My top 2 abs are getting a lot stronger

I JUST found this workout a few weeks ago, done it 5 times total. I have fibromyalgia so workouts are tough for me but on good days, I can get all the way through and even 5 days in, definitely feeling the difference! And getting through the whole 10 minutes is the greatest feeling!!

a while back i did this everday for a month i definatly worked to tone and tighten my stomach however if you have a little bit of fat on your stomach you will still need to lose some weight in order to see a six pack... So well my stomach was tender and Tighter it definitely wasn't a six-pack as I weigh 145 pounds so I have a little bit of pudge to lose

i used to do this workout every night during 2019, and later stopped for some reason that i can't remember anymore- but i do remember that this workout worked really well for me. it was exactly what i was looking for: quick and sustainable. i feel like over time i've slowly been gaining weight and my muscle has lost its form, as well as some unhealthy eating habits arising, so i think that coming back to this is the best thing for me to do right now to get back into the swing of things. i really think this workout is my tried and true!

The best feeling about doing these exercises is the improvement. I remember doing it for the first time, I could only complete half of it and I was ''dead'', not to mention the horrible muscle pain in the next few days. And now since the quarantine I have started running almost everyday and doing the exercises and now I can finally do them without muscle pain the next day. The feeling is good, i'm not gonna lie :)

Literally, lemon juice or some shit like that dont help, i recommend doing this and more even of this, if you do like 10 minutes, than pause again 10 minutes and after like 2 weeks you will get ultimate 6 pack, of course you need to eat healthy too, no chips and that shit, after 2 weeks of doing this non stop i can do 4 times in row not only 2. and i have 6 pack, so guys dont stop what youre doing if you want that juicy six pack :*

Green GameCast it might be the position of your arms, you have to line your arms with your shoulders and your legs one in front of the other just like how she is doing the side plank on the video, try also pulling your belly up wards with your stomach muscles.
