1️⃣备料，热锅把咸鱼爆香再加入姜末一起炒
2️⃣️⃣猪肉末，加1勺生抽、1勺蚝油、胡椒粉少许、1勺绍兴酒、鸡蛋 1颗、1勺糖、1勺薯粉、姜末、1勺清水以及爆香好的咸鱼一起抓匀腌制
3️⃣最后加上1勺麻油在肉饼上，放沸腾后的蒸锅蒸10分钟，出锅撒上葱花即可
