Mera chota beta 15 sal ki hai uski sugar 300 rahti thi usko badhti sugar ki vajh se bar bar bathroom krne Jana padta tha humne bohot sari dawai aur treatment b karwaye pr kuch fayda mila nahi fir KZbin pe kisi ne to muzhe ayurvedic Bet capsule and livcon capsule ke me btya mne usse Amazon se manga aur mere chote bete ko deni suru kr di 2-3 mahine me uss ki sugar control me aaa gayi aur uski baar baar bathroom jane ki problem b khatam ho gayi hai(✿❛◡❛)ji ap ye dva leke dekho apki sugar control me rahegi inse❤😊

Thank you Neelam! Very good video and lot of relevant information. My Mom is 75 and she is doing using yourAsthma and Diabetes video's for her daily practice. Very thankful as we are seeing some positive benefits and also really impressed with your ability to explain things so properly. You are helping so many folks, you can not even imagine. I have couple of suggestions / requests: 1. Can you make one single video to cover Asthma and Diabetes and have do and do not. Lot of people have both these diseases and sometime one thing which is helpful for one may be harmful in other. 2. Your yoga mat has Om printed and normally while doing yoga, we may unknowingly touch our feet.. As Om is a sacred Symbol and our meeting touching something sacred is not good.. Just a suggestion, please do not take otherwise.

Thank you Sandeeo ji for you valuable feedback saying that my Yoga is helping people. 1. So many people of different disease or combination or disease. That's why i made separate video for almost all the problems. If anyone have a 2 or more than 2 disease then they can practise one video one day and other on next day. 2. I don't mind practising on my mat. As we all know OM and god exist everywhere. then why our feet are treated as some dirty part. I simply don't believe in all these things, without logic.These are man made notions which God even don't believe. Also I would not ask you to not follow your belief, do what you like.

Morning evening both empty stomach you can do. You should do it after exercise

@@YogaStationHindithanks mam, pls tell me the other yoga also. Whenever I try to do kapalbhati I get pain in upper stomach may be not doing properly. I have borderline both diabetes and liver issues. I want to cure it with yoga and diet plans. Pls suggest

Thank a lot mam this amazing Video and information !!!! My self was suffering from Diabetes and my hab1x levels was also high and used few medicines for no relief but thank god my sis search your videos and am following all the yoga tips along with using diabetes care pack of planet ayurveda since dec 2020 and all the reports are normal now from last 6 months

Thank you. What I really liked was that you give alternatives to the main asanas. Everybody's flexibility varies. So these alternatives will work very well with those who cannot do the main asana for some reason. Wonderful.
