All the work you've done has your place looking good, brother. Well done. Grapples on a subcompact are always going to be a compromise. You can get a sturdier aftermarket grapple, but at the expense of your lifting capacity as they are heavier. I was sorry to see that you bent one of the tines; just bend it back and roll on. As you said, maybe you can reinforce them without adding too much weight. On the plus side, the loader/grapple will lift high enough to clear the sides of your dump truck, which is gold. Love that red Georgia soil.......envious.

I’m glad this Yanmar will lift high enough to clear the sides of my dump truck. I bought this tractor so fast, and without even looking at it, so I didn’t check the lift height.

Fun watching! My Yanmar grapple is supposed to be here next week. I’m up to 50hrs on my 325 in two and a half months, just goofing off. 😂. Thanks for sharing Yanmar content!

How difficult is it to switch between the bucket and grapple? I'm looking at a 425 and am a little bummed it doesn't have skit steer quick attach. Thanks
@BrantleyBlended Жыл бұрын
It’s a little aggravating but it’s not bad. I don’t plan on buying any other attachments for the front loader so I’ll just deal with it. If you want to switch back and forth between the bucket and grapple a lot during one day then I’d probably upgrade to the quick attach. I only switch once or twice during the day.

I find it extremely easy. The hydraulic connection is the most time consuming. I can just see the pins and drive right up to “grab” either. Once lifted and maneuvered to an access spot I push the pins in a go.

Hey man where did you buy your grapple from ? I'm also in Georgia. I'm looking at getting the SA325 as well. I been getting priced at 17,900 for one. Do you think that's a good price ?
@BrantleyBlended Жыл бұрын
My SA325 was just under $21K with front end loader, grapple, and 3rd function controller added. My grapple is Yanmar and came with the tractor.

@@BrantleyBlended Thank you for your response. Do you mind asking what dealer did you use ? One last question lol did they ever give you a new hood ?
@BrantleyBlended Жыл бұрын
@Hugo-Hernandez I got my tractor from Yanmar EVO Center in Acworth, GA. They are over an hour away from me. They delivered it to me for free. I need to make an update video for the hood. I’ve been working so much lately that I haven’t had time. I am getting the hood replaced under warranty but the dealership doesn’t know how long it will take. I sent pics of my VIN, hours, and the damage. They started a warranty claim and will let me know when the parts come in.

@@BrantleyBlended Funny thing I was planning to go see Yanmar EVO in Acworth because I live in Newnan, which is about 45 minutes to a hour. Thank you for your help 🙏, I really appreciate it. I'm subscribering to your channel.
