I'm so glad I found your channel, our doctor wants us to do more cardio and walking exercises. My husband and I work out to your videos together we both really enjoy them and feel we accomplished a good work out. You and your mother make a great team.

This "new to me" workout felt so good yesterday morning! I've been walking an average of 8 to 10 thousand steps a day for the past couple of weeks, but the highest number of steps per day has been just from running errands and stuff, and there had been a few days in a row before yesterday that I wasn't able to do a formal workout. I'd been feeling achy, but doing the various different moves and stretches in this workout and its cooldown really helped me to feel much better! (Apr. 26. 2024)

Excellent workout. Love it because it includes some simple line dancing moves, which I have had to give up as an 87 year old it was to vigorously I also use your videos between my Zoom exercise classes.

Love this walking and dance! I am so glad you discovered your channel I never like physical exercise expect yoga but since I start practicing with you and your mom, it is like a fresh breath of air and I start enjoying practicing it. Your mom is so adorable and love sense of humors from both of you. I love your cat too. I have an orange cat too. My level is between you and your mom, I like that you are creative with different movements that people can pick and choose. Your videos are much more than just physical exercise. You are very patient and thoughtful with positive energy and creative too throughout the practicing session that inspire me to start exercising in my late 50s. I am going to practice with my daughter when she visits me and practice with my mom when I visits her, she is in her early 80s. It is going to be fun 😊 I am very grateful for you and your mom, cat for being here!! Thank You! 🙏💕😊

I love these workouts and do several of them. I’m 74 years old so your 80 year old mother gives me encouragement. I have vascular Parkinsonism (not the same as Parkinson’s) and these exercises really help especially with balance. I plan on continuing them even though I could go to the gym now. It’s so much more convenient doing them at home. Thank you so much.

I'm enjoying your videos. But could I suggest that instead of instructing viewers w left and right directions that you instruct us to mirror your movements? That way we are moving with you and not in the opposite direction. It will make it easier to follow along and coordinate our movements with yours. I love having your mom there for us, too!

I am really enjoying these walking exercises but it throws me when you say left and right and looking at the screen it seems to be the opposite, is there a way round this? Maybe I’m the only one with this problem but it is great anyway.

My apologies. In our newer videos, I mirror your movement so when I say "left," it's your left. I'm not perfect because I sometimes give my mom cues to go to her right or left (which are opposite for you.) Again, I'm very sorry about this and will continue to do my best to provide directions for YOU! Thanks for your understanding and for working out with us -- despite the confusion! 😊

I love your exercises - I try to do this one each day. I live in South Africa. I am in my 60's and have been terribly unfit, but after 3 weeks of exercises I am more upright, have more stamina am losing some weight and I am even firming up in places. Thank you so much, your Mom is an inspiration 😊

Thank you for your walking videos. I started using them just this week and i really enjoy them. I wish you did the moves starting with the right leg then followed by the left leg right away (so we, seniors, still remember the move, just changing the leg and that way there is a balance) instead of doing all the moves with the right leg then start all over again using the left leg. Nevertheless, I enjoyed walking with you and your mom and will continue to do so, for sure. Again, thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.
