Although I'm not a "total beginner," this routine,--simpler moves notwithstanding--was great: I adapted it by ramping it all up and took moderate advantage of the rest periods since I was shooting for cardio more than HIIT. I love all your videos, I have been working out with you and your mom for the last five months. You guys has inspired me to get up and move everyday, now I take walks and exercise everyday and build muscle twice a week. I'm down 30 pounds and feeling great. Last years I had total knee replacement surgery on both knees. I went from walking on a cane to walking up to 2 miles. I wanted to just say I appreciate you'll so much and I'm not giving up i still have goal to reach❤❤

This was a lot gentler than most traditional HIIT workouts. My heart rate didn't get very elevated. But your workouts are perfect for beginners and people who can't go too strenuous. I also like your workouts when I'm not feeling 100 percent but know I should get in some movement to start my day. I should add this to my collection.

Another nicely done workout from my favorite ladies! A suggestion please if you have time: a super slow cardio workout for people who are recovering from an illness or an injury so they can get their bodies moving without experiencing a relapse. Perhaps worked in timed sessions? For ex: a 10 M routine when people can stop at that point & not feel like they failed - followed by perhaps a 1 M rest period. Then another 10 M section for those people who can go further - again followed by a 1 M rest period. Then add another 10 M & go to gentle stretches. In that way, people can work their way up slowly & steadily in their own time frame & still feel good about themselves!

Wow that was tough! I have COPD so found it very challenging - but I did it - and mostly with good form! I find the hardest moves are those with the arms going high (my feet have been known to forget what they were doing so they could watch - my excuse for poor co-ordination) but second time round, I was definitely better.. Thank you ladies - it is a real pleasure to do workouts, listen to your shorts and generally keep an eye out for the gorgeous, handsome Mochi xxx

The arms up moves will get better the more your muscles stretch, and warmup and you did do it the second time around! YAY! Nice work! You guys are just too cute. I just discovered your channel. Between the couple years of the covid pandemic, major abdominal surgery with complications and aging, I've REALLY gone downhill fast! I love your videos, especially this one. I'm almost 73 and have been sedentary and feeling worse all the time. Have tried other routines but always quit because I got bored. But not with yours. You two make it fun and challenging at the same time. I don't see myself quitting. Thank you for the workouts and making me laugh. Also please thank Mochi.
