The relief i felt after doing this exercise can't be explained in words.I cried and i felt the bagage i was carrying reduced.Bravo!U are doing tremendous work.Keep it up love.❤️❤️

Thank you, so much! ❤ This videos are so helpful! Recently I noticed that one of my hips was tense doing yoga then I realized that I was holding trauma in my hip so this is help me to let go of the fear in my body.
