Mam your voice is very soothing just like your yoga. I just want to make a request please make audio sessions on different topics like stress, anxiety. That'll help a lot. Please consider this. And I absolutely love your yogas !!

Hi dear am 59 I cant sit down. How can i do yoga. My back, neck, knee conditions is very bad. In my earlier age i alwaya did yoga. Now i cant do. So is there any chair yoga
