Mam I must say you are a perfect teacher and the best part is you tell even the minutest of the details which is rare to see.. Thank you for inspiring. Just had one doubt , can all the acidity and digestive exercises be done right after the meals or do we need to give some gap.

hello sir, this is an informative video. gastric problems are very depressing. my uncle was suffering from this condition. he used digesto plan syrup from planet ayurveda. now he is fine.

Early in the morning empty stomach. After meals minimum 2-3 hrs of gap should be there.
