This Channel introduced me to strong classes and I’ll always be grateful KZbin is amazing. For the haters, there’s so many great instructors to add to your rotation If the Wolfpack platform doesn’t fit your needs, I don’t see why you’d be upset , just keep seeking guidance and you’ll find it Also, how much fun is just putting on some music and getting a groove going. Thanks flo for another classes. Enjoy the day sir

Thanks for including the meditation at the end! So many yoga classes leave this part out and it's really sad...
@BreatheAndFlow20 күн бұрын
True, we would love to end every class with a ten minute meditation. However KZbin is not the right platform for this because it adds 10 minutes to the total class time which might look too long to people so they don't click the video and even when we do add meditations at the end, we see in our analytics that 90% of people exit the video once we come into meditation. It is just the reality and data does not lie in this case. We would of course love for everyone to meditate daily but it seems it is not what people want (although you and I know they need it). We will continue to include a little bit at least and perhaps it sparks some interest for some people to go deeper 🙏
@Airsquest20 күн бұрын
@@BreatheAndFlow Thanks for sharing your insights Flo, it totally makes sense - you've reminded me that most people still only seek the physical benefits of yoga and don't yet understand the value and point of the meditation side 🙏🏻Hopefully this changes as people seek ways to calm their busy minds from all the distractions coming from social media and technology...Thanks again for all your yoga classes!

Thank you! Some videos are no longer available on KZbin and are only in the wolfpack platform. This is a necessary step to move people over to keep the channel alive. We have talked about this in numerous comment sections, even this video, where we explain more. Why have some yoga for men episodes been made private?
@matildaramnani949421 күн бұрын
Probably because they need money, the cost of living has gone up. There are alot of free videos but there needs to be some way to get people to join their actual membership
@BreatheAndFlow21 күн бұрын
Thanks for asking! To keep producing high-quality content, we’ve shifted some videos to our Wolfpack membership platform. KZbin ad revenue alone doesn’t cover the cost of making these videos, so the Wolfpack support helps keep things sustainable. On the platform, you’ll find all Yoga for Men videos, plus tons of exclusive content, programs, and monthly live calls with us. We’d love to have you join if you’re interested! 🙏
@TheCladeL17 күн бұрын
If only your platform wouldn't cost $30/month, I could consider supporting. I don't think your living on a shoestring, with all the merch sales, sponsors and retreats/trainings. Of course, it's your content and you decide how much to ask for it - not everything should be free, especially with this quality, I agree. But how accessibile do you want yoga to be for the people? I'm sure lowering the price to $10 would multiply your platform subscribers, and eventually your revenue. And you'd make your content more accessible for those of us who aren't so well of in life financially

Flow, I’ve been with you since 2018, and every six months, I’ve taken on a month-long challenge with your men’s series. It has helped me immensely, not only physically but also mentally. However, I’ve noticed that a bunch of videos have disappeared. I understand the demands of contemporary marketing, but I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, including those who can’t afford a Patreon account. So, I’m really disappointed that so many videos have been made private-it doesn’t feel true to the spirit of Breath and Flow, where I’ve been growing from my teens into my twenties.
@BreatheAndFlow20 күн бұрын
Thank you for being part of our community and for enjoying the free content over the past six years. Wow that is a long time of practicing to our free content here and amazing you put so much work into yourself. But let’s be clear: high-quality videos like these aren’t free to make, and KZbin ads barely cover any costs. The Wolfpack members (we left Patreon over a year ago) have been stepping up to keep this channel going, and it’s funny that you feel entitled to endless free content without supporting its existence. If you’ve benefited from the content, which it seems over the past six years, consider joining the Wolfpack. Otherwise continue to enjoy the hundreds of classes we have here for you. If you do decide to join, not only will you get full access to everything, but you’ll also directly support what you’ve been enjoying for so long. It’s only fair. Best wishes and namaste 🙏

@TheCladeL18 күн бұрын
I've been practicing with you (online) for many years now, always remember to disable adblocker for your vids, and was even a Patreon subscriber. While I'd be happy to subscribe to your platform, the price is just too steep. Not everyone lives in the US, and not everyone has a high-paying job (e.g. Student, unemployed, part-timer, laborer) . $30/month. "It's the price of one drop-in yoga class", you might argue, but there's a reason why many practice on KZbin or elsewhere online instead - not everyone can afford such luxury. Netflix doesn't price their services at $100/month claiming that it's the price of 5 cinema tickets. With all the love and respect, I invite you to reflect on your mission - is it to get rich or to spread the message of yoga by making it as accessible as (financially) possible? I feel that it's a core part of the yoga philosophy to do the most good to others, and this would be doing just that 😊 I'm sure that your KZbin ads and sponsors already cover many overhead fees, plus your merch, retreats and whatever else you have going on. That's your business, and I'm happy for your success. However, the amount of subscribers to your platform mustn't go hand in hand with the expenses - so id you'd lower the price to $10/month, and maybe offer a even lower tier with limited content, you'd get much more subscribers, meaning more money in long term, AND you'd make your professional yoga content (besides youtube, which we all already love) accessible to thousands of people who cannot afford triple the price. Imagine 1/3 of the lowest monthly price (with the pay-what you want option remaining) but 5x the subscribers. Also, you're supporting some charitable purposes with your financial gains from subscriptions and merch sales , it would be important knowledge for the customers. With love and gratitude, namaste 🤝🏼

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Producing this level of content comes with immense costs-not only the high-quality equipment and training but also a dedicated team that helps bring these videos to life. KZbin revenue is extremely low, and without the support of Wolfpack members, it simply wouldn’t be possible to continue sharing on KZbin at this level. The Wolfpack offers a deeper experience with additional content, programs, and guidance each month, and we understand that it may not be in everyone’s budget. If the extra resources resonate with you, the investment is worth it; otherwise, we’re grateful you can still enjoy the free content here on KZbin, made possible by those who support through the wolfpack membership. 🙏

Starting video with marketing, what is this? I feel like this channel has changed for the worse.
@BreatheAndFlow18 күн бұрын
This is necessary so people like you can continue to enjoy the free content without contributing to it's existence. We cannot produce this extremely high level of content out of thin air. And our friends from Ayllu Medicina need to be supported as they to amazing work. We will continue to bring awareness to people doing good work and to keep sustaining ourselves and the many people practicing with us.
