It is a truly INCREDIBLE relief for the PMS and whole body in general. I can't find good words to describe how heavenly I feel right now. So empowered, calmed, focused... I feel like I just gave myself a gentle hug from inside out. Not surprisingly, this has helped me in so many ways on this first day of my period. 💕 Periods can make you feel gross and icky but doing this helped me feel more connected to my body and being a woman and I feel empowered. My 3yr old daughter did it with me.

Truly grateful for this beautiful, calming and relieving practice today. Thank you from my heart Juliana. I experience severe pain and inflammation each month due to Endometriosis, so this sequence was incredibly helpful for preventative care throughout the various stages of my cycle, not just menstruation. I found myself feeling really connected to the grounded female energy that I've been struggling to accept since learning of my illness. It would be so wonderful to have a Boho Beautiful series specifically dedicated to women, with different sequences designed for each individual phase of the cycle (and tools for tackling the varying emotional states that come with each phase). This is something I've searched for online but have never really found. I will definitely be coming back to this video regularly! Love and hugs xx

My cramps have been the strongest they've been for the past many, many months, and I thought before taking painkillers I would try one of Boho Beautiful yoga flows and... I feel SO much better after this one - the cramps are gone and all my energy came back to me! Thank you SO much!!

The title screen calls this a 30 min miracle and a miracle ti was. this took my to a place that i desperately needed. my hips are so tight during my moon cycle and this practice helped me release all the built up tension. thank you

In this time of the month I am usually filled with loads of negative energy and bad vibes because I am in so much pain and struggling with myself because of my (for now) undiagnosed endometriosis. This video helped me so much reconnecting with my body and giving it the love it deserves. I've been practicing the Moon Cycle Yoga with you since the beginning of this year, and I wanted to share my experience. Initially, I didn’t notice much change during the first couple of months, but as I continued, I began to see significant improvements. My PMS symptoms, especially bloating and cramps, have drastically reduced. Before, I could barely move during my period and often had to curl up in a child’s pose just to ease the discomfort. But now, those issues are almost entirely gone. I believe my improved diet has played a role, but I’m convinced that practicing yoga has also made a huge difference. Allowing my body to rest, enhancing blood circulation, and easing discomfort through these sessions has truly helped. Thank you, Boho Beautiful, for creating practices that leave me feeling rejuvenated and calm every time.

I don't have my period yet (but I will definitely do this class when I will have them) but my ovulation can sometimes be very painful so it felt really nice and relaxing ❤️

I didn’t do a yoga for a long time, but today I woke up in the middle of the night from the period pain I stared this yoga right on the bed I’ve got pain relief a bit, but I’ve got a peace of mind even more Your calm voice, the relaxing music, and asanas are absolutely helpful Recommended 👍 Thank you very much! This is my first time doing your practice. I was drawn to this video as I wanted some kind of relief for my pms and cramps. It really worked my abdomen and back feels looser now. In the pigeon pose, i felt some deep sadness and grief coming out and I just let my breath to release it. That was surprising that I felt this grief coming out esp when i did the pigeon pose on my left side. Thank you so much for this practice. ❤

thank you! My period was killing me ... I have severe cramps this month. I can’t even lay down still. I almost closed this video in the beginning because I can’t seem to have strength even for a down dog. I am glad I didn’t stop. This is better than a painkiller. 🙏 namaste.

Thank you for this beautiful yoga session. I have been really busy with changing jobs, breaking up with my ex and moving home. This session reminds me that it is important to stop and rest. This session is full of self-love! It really helps me to relax.

I have been experience strong pain in my ovaries. It feels like my period but my period didnt came. I think this full moon affected everyone in different ways. Purhaps there are still a lot of deep emotions to recicle. My doctor say that i have a big cist on my left ovary and that i should make medication. I didnt took anything. I wanted to continue to reiki myself and pay attention. I dont know if i should or should not take it, specially because i m going to thailand. This pratice make me release the tension on my hips and release that purhaps i really need to work in between openings and closings to give my body the warm and love that i needs. Thank you very much. Was very lovely
