Wow it feels so good, thank you so much!! I have lot of stress in the lats since my last pregnancy which doesn't get better with all the time I spend carrying my little one 😅 I'll be coming back to this class a few times a week I think. Thanks a lot ❤️

This was wonderful. I play disc golf and my lats were so tight. It released them beautifully. Thanks for this video

That’s ok. Thank you for watching and practicing. You do what you can. Have you tried my beginner videos and gentle videos? You can try some of those and see if it suits you better.

Thanks for all your videos, Maria. Always timely, and I learn a lot from you. What do you have for stretching and strengthening the psoas, and the whole groin area? I'm especially stiff on my left side, with less mobility than the right.

Hi Judith! Thank you. I have this version of Three Legged Dog kzbin.info/www/bejne/opOTn56njZyIock which shows you how to stretch out the top leg to access the psoas more than in the regular version. I will be posting a couple of videos soon that focus on psoas stretches so stay tuned for those. Very common to be unbalanced, more flexibility on one side than the other. Try working the side that feels stiffer just a bit longer than the other side.
