20 Minute Yoga Nidra to Calm and Reset the Nervous System
Relax back into this mini yoga nidra guided meditation practice to calm the nervous system. Using techniques to bring you into the deepest state of relaxation, let go of tension from the body, relax the thinking mind, and create the prime internal environment for the body to do what it was born to do - to rest and to heal. You might think of this practice like a gentle therapeutic massage for the whole nervous system.
Yoga nidra is an effortless practice available to all levels. Simply find a comfortable place where you can rest deeply. Adjust the volume of your headphones. Relax into stillness and be guided into a deep light altered state of consciousness or wakeful sleep. Emerge feeling rested and restored.

Namaste! 🙏 I practiced on Oct. 6, 2023 at 11:35 P.M. It was the short nidra practice I needed after a nap following a lot of driving in traffic. I feel much better now. No groggy tiredness while drowsy, just refreshed.

Amazing! It’s incredible how you managed to instil such a deep sense of peace within such a short time. A small token of appreciation and gratitude from my side, for all your fantastic work. Personally, I would love a nidra practice on sweet and gentle surrender. Recovery from chronic stress and fatigue takes time, but sometimes (often!) it’s hard to stay patient and surrender to the healing process. I notice that sometimes, especially when I hit a rough patch in the process, I try to force things. Even healing practices like meditation, that can otherwise be so soothing. Would love a practice on this theme! 🌱🌿
