This is excellent--thank you so much for explaining how to strengthen and stabilize all these muscles so they're working properly together for good balance. I will come back to these exercises regularly.

is it better to keep your toes and up and spread on the balancing leg (to help lift the arches) during the pose? or is better to try and keep all 5 toes on the ground when balancing on one leg and just lift and spread the toes initially before going into the one legged balance?

19/1/23 my most favorite and challenging sequence was the baby pistol squat. Can't count the number of times I lost balance 😸😸😸. Thanks Cathy for the cues 😄
