This is so much value Jason, thank you so much for the clarity of the advantages and disadvantages for all set ups. I am an elbow splayer and this pose has been my nemesis! I will work on the abduction strengtheners from companion 19 and mobility tips from companion 18. Great material, thank you for sharing,

I am really "scared" of trying handstand pose alone, I mean, upside down... Its the YOGA POSE I really havent tried until now. even after 20 years of practicing yoga...one day maybe. Anyway... I missed your video classes. Thank you for coming back. #NAMASTE.

What!!!! I was following the instructions from the podcast, because I didn't know there are also videos! I've come to kind of follow what you're saying from the beginner's course, but it was hard work 😂

At 5.22, we want to avoid Abduction and internal rotation? (Not external🤔). Great video thank you🙏

Of course he meant to say "internal rotation": Slip of the tongue. I noticed it also. Allow me to join you at the top of the class 🤗
