Hi Erin! If you are reading this! I just want to say you are incredible! You are so fit and good at teaching others to be fit. Yoga is therapeutic. And I wish you could these Day 1-Day 30 videos more often! As a 21-year-old college student struggle with anxiety and stress, you are a very good teacher! Nameste
