I've got another 10 minute morning yoga class for you this week :) No props needed, this simple flow will help you release tension from your entire body and energize you for the day ahead.
Stretch out stiff, tired and achy muscles with this 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners.This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!
If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.

You're the one who finally allowed me to include yoga as a daily routine. My lower back usually aches when I wake up and 10 mn of yoga with Kassandra is all it takes to breathe the pain away! Bless you for that! 🙏

I appreciate these shorter classes so much. A few weeks ago, I injured my toes on my right foot while trying to not use a modification that I would always use. And now I'm a little weary of longer, more intense classes. Short classes have helped me keep doing yoga while I build up confidence in the strength of those toes again.

That wrist movement was incredible!!! I’ve had a sore left wrist for nearly 2 years and nothing has eased the pain like the wrist exercise we did. I didn’t realize I need to strengthen my wrists instead of just stretching. Thank you Kassandra!

Dear yoga instructor. I'm a 44 yr old tough as nails welder. Lately not so tough. My work is causing me to feel like my bodies dying. Constant pain and tension. I've been doing your routines for around 3 weeks. Thanks to you I'm looser and able to push much further than b4. Thought I would have to turn to narcotics. Nope just yoga. God bless u. I love how you are always offering something new. However, I also love scrolling through your archives and pulling up and doing a routine that seems to speak to me in the moment . I was crazy busy with life when your 30 day bedtime challenge took place so I am doing that now as well. Thank you! I have made a significant positive change in my life through your classes. First introduced to me by my yoga instructor as the pandemic hit last year. One of the hidden blessings of sheltering in place, who knew! 💕

I only had time for a short one this morning and this was perfect to help limber up my tight muscles, getting me ready for the day ahead. The best part was when my new tiny cute kitten Lucy (Goosey) laid down in front of my iPad and pawed at Kassandra on the screen. Adorable!

Good morning Kassandra. It’s 6am here in Fiji and I just want to thank you for this 10 minute fiery session which I absolutely love. I’m always very stiff in the morning so the stretches were excellent especially the toe squat which was a real ‘ouch’ and I did it. Thank you again and have a great day.🙏🧘‍♀️☀️

Since I have been doing your 10 minute yoga routines, I have had a lot of progress. I can now stretch further than I could at first, even though I had already been practicing yoga every week for a while. I have also noticed that I now have more strength to do my other exercise routines. Like pilates. Thank you so much. 😊

Good morning! I already feel so much better after this 10 minutes. I just love listening to you. I need to keep telling myself to listen more than watching you when doing yoga, you tell us so many good techniques and where to look for when do certain stretch, like the one when doing triangle of one arm on the sheen and one in the air, I could lean my shoulder back more, which I didn’t know I could. When I did it today, I was so happy!

10 mins workouts seem to be my sweet spot. Today I was so sore it hurt to bend over and out on pants. I SO needed this after that…and feel MUCH better! Thank you for these! I have trouble making time for long workouts 10 mins at a go seems perfect. Thank you thank you!

This was a really great morning practice and stretch. I'm not sure if you are open to suggestions, but since it's a morning stretch maybe just bring the energy and volume down just a bit? Something a bit more soothing is more conducive to something I'm seeing first thing in the morning. Again this is great and I plan to practice more with you during these short morning stretches. Thanks for sharing!

I'm amazed every day by the change in my ability to sit taller and stronger from the initial sitting position to the final sitting position in a 10 minute routine. While my whole body thanks you for your short practices, it's my back and hips that are most appreciative :)

With my Pole dance practice in physical conditioning sometimes is just too hard to fit in our yoga in on top of all of that so I love these 10 minute yoga sessions where wake up and just stretch and set intention for the day because sometimes that's all I can do

Hi Kassandra. Navigating in KZbin i found you!! I have never done yoga in my life due to a very chronic sciatic pain and after watching your videos i started the 30 day challenge program that I adore. I have been doing your yoga for the past almost 8 weeks and my pain is gone and my flexibility is amazing. Also your motivational videos and words are amazing. Does anyone else love these because if you have more than 10 minutes its almost like you can build your own yoga practice? I will pick 3-4 of these and do them. I don’t have enough knowledge to build a yoga practice myself so I just love to be able to mix and match her 10 minute routines to make something perfect for what I want that day. So fun.
