Do all poses on right side 1st, then left. Hold for 10-30 breaths, each: Apanasana (knee to chest) Supine Side Bend (bend to the left 1st to stretch the right side/ascending colon) Low Lunge + Twist Marichiasana Malasana This video was so good I had to take notes 🤓 Thanks, Melissa!

Thank you for posting this! While I haven't had a bowl movement yet, doing these instantly made my stomach feel 10x better. I having the worst digestive episode I've had in over ten years so bless you lol

Great stuff Melissa! Very educational! Thanks so much! I've been suffering from chronic constipation and incorporating yoga into my daily routine to heal my digestive issues but have no idea what part the digestive system it is addressing. I have a sluggish colon and passing hard stool and your yoga moves addresses the colon which is my issues. Thanks so much!

Wow I’ve been doing these exercises and eating prunes to help with my constipation. Not sure which helped but I believe these do get it moving along. Thank you for the video!

Those yoga moves a great if you’re mobile but not all can do those poses.

When you say "right leg," you're always moving the left. Which is correct? Are you modeling so people can mirror you? It's confusing.

Way too fast when you show the poses. By the time I got halfway into position the camera is back to your face.
