This big size Amla has more vitamin C than 20 oranges and many other great health benefits. I was once trying to eat them everyday one. But the taste of plain Amla is not so good that I stopped eating. Namaskaram amma. Nellikai season now. Want to make this pickle amma. Is there no other way of making it without steaming it. Coz, if there is water in this, we find white spots on itin about a month. I want to store it for a year.
