आज का विषय है शाम्भवी मुद्रा, आप में से बहोत से लोगों ने इसके बारे में सुना होगा
लेकिन इसको कैसे करना है, कब करना है , कब नहीं करना है और इसको करने से हमे क्या फायदा होगा वो हम नहीं जानते
शाम्भवी महामुद्रा का अभ्यास जब आप नियमित रूप से करते हैं तो आपका मन उत्तेजना जे भरे वातावरण से खुद को अलग करना सीख जाता है , क्यूंकि ये हमारी ऊर्जा को पुनर्स्थापित करके हमारे अंदर ही निर्देशित कर देता है

Excellent Level Ki aapne information diya he Di❤, me khud bhi shambhawi ko kafi lambe smy se daily bases pr krta hun, or isme mere jivan me boht se badlaw laya he. Man shant eavm Sthipragya ho gya he. Bahri aayamo pr dhyan nahi jata. Or achhe se deep focus ek wishy pr ho pata he with excellent output result.

1. Mam I have GERD ,acid reflux and gastritis also for 10 years due to low stomach acid….cooling effect wala pranayam se acid reflux to kaam hoti hai lekin khana upar ki taraf zyada atti hai coolingi pranayam krne se….am 25 now….. which yoga and pranayama should I do?? 2. Apke pass online yoga sikhne ka koi scope hai kya??? Because u r the only person jinke instruction itni achha hai….. please consider this

Stomach problem hai aapko toh time se fooding kijiyee night ko thoda sa Kam khana kariye ... Or spiritually dekhe toh stomach pain mother or teacher ( guru ) ke sath rishta agr aapka thik nhi hai toh bi hota hai ... Alovera ka juice pi skte hai Khali pet ... Acidic chize avoid kare or think jada na kare ....

This is indeed the Unmani Mudra. Here the anthakhumbhak is practiced. In the Shambhavi Mudra, the breathing is extremely normal without the antharkhumbhak.

Last 3-4 years se ek saath kai cheezo se suffer kar rahi hoon . Upper back pain, lower back pain, scheatica ... Scheatica pain ki lining change hoti rahti hai thode thode samay par . Physio karaya but no effect.. IFA muscle and TVA muscle dono stiff ho chuki hain.. thoda bhi twist Karo ya moove Karo body to problem hoti hai... So Neelam if you can design wholesome yoga sequences for all these problems then I will be thankfull...❤ Second is apka join option jo hai... That is for what , means wo membership ka kya benefit hai normal subscription se different 😊

7 chakra pr focus krne se phle apni continuity pr focus kare ... Agr daily regular meditation karte hai aap toh chakra apne aap active ho jayenge ... Agr kisi guru ke sanidhya m karte hai toh thoda sa Kam time lagta hai otherwise 1 chakra 7 year me open hota hai .... daily pray kare ki aapko guru mil jaye ... Guru ki shishya ko dhundta hai ...

So what about the Continuity ya निरंतरता? When we are opening and closing our eyes in few seconds it becomes more like a face yoga rather than meditation, would you like to draw a comparison between Vipassana Meditation and this Dhyan Mudra? You might get surprised

Vipassana :- apni breath ko feel krna hosh ke sath or dhyan mudra alag hoti hai ... Dono ko compare nhi Kiya ja skta yeh koi chiz ya item nhi ki compare krke use kare .... Respect ke sath or samarpan ke sath kijiye vrna harmful bi ho skta hai ... Sabse important hai hosh/present moment
