Stomach problem hai aapko toh time se fooding kijiyee night ko thoda sa Kam khana kariye ... Or spiritually dekhe toh stomach pain mother or teacher ( guru ) ke sath rishta agr aapka thik nhi hai toh bi hota hai ... Alovera ka juice pi skte hai Khali pet ... This is indeed the Unmani Mudra. Here the anthakhumbhak is practiced. In the Shambhavi Mudra, the breathing is extremely normal without the antharkhumbhak.

Last 3-4 years se ek saath kai cheezo se suffer kar rahi hoon . Upper back pain, lower back pain, scheatica ... Scheatica pain ki lining change hoti rahti hai thode thode samay par . Physio karaya but no effect.. IFA muscle and TVA muscle dono stiff ho chuki hain.. thoda bhi twist Karo ya moove Karo body to problem hoti hai... So Neelam if you can design wholesome yoga sequences for all these problems then I will be thankfull...❤ Second is apka join option jo hai... That is for what , means wo membership ka kya benefit hai normal subscription se different 😊
