This one really forced me to slow down, and I just realised I've been kind of racing from one thing to the next today in order not to think of the situation in the world. But now I'm relaxed, and I have an amazing apple pie in the oven that I just made from scratch. So for the rest of the evening I'll eat that and drink a glass of wine, there are still nice things in our lives even now.

I'm writing this during the Coronavirus. Life is stressful, both internally and externally. I skipped yesterday, thinking that I was too busy, but by the end of the day I regretted it. +Erin Noblet Im not a nutrition expert, but I'll tell you what I did and what worked for me personally: I woke up, drank a glass of warm water and some lemon juice, did my yoga (I did the 30 day challenge a couple of times and I also got a very nice workout from the flow series) and then had breakfast. I don't know what you generally eat, but I eat a lot of oat meal, veggies and fruits. I also eat a lot of soups. My biggest recommendation would be to look at your portion sizes and see what's going on there. The biggest thing I did food-wise was to cut down on sugars (not carbs, but refined sugars). That's mostly all. And I made sure every change was done with care and gradually, slowly. No matter what size you are, please, try to learn to love yourself the way you are NOW. Sure, if that's what you need for your life, work towards loosing your weight, but love ever minute of it and love yourself. I wish you all the best :).

I forgot to do yoga yesterday ending my streak of everyday yoga in 2021. I honestly cried when I realized it today. But, it's just one day and I'm not going to let that little disappointment keep me from doing what I know to be best for me. Thanks Adriene for always being there for me and helping me deal with my perfectionist tendencies and learn to love myself no matter what!

Hey Blossom friends! I'm here a couple of days early because I've switched this practice and the self-love one from Sunday (I'll have more time on Tuesday and I'm just finding what feels good!). This is a wonderful little practice with some nice hip openers at the end, which I didn't realize I needed today! I did this practice before bed and I really recommend it, even though this is technically a "morning" practice - it's so mellow, which is exactly what the doctor ordered for me on a very lazy Sunday. On the days that you don't feel like doing 50 minutes of yoga, there is always a way to make yoga a beloved part of your day. Never forget it. See you on the mat tomorrow!

Embody day 24 Was very sick yesterday I couldn't kept up with the regular practice, so I took a day free. Was very glad to find this very gentle yoga routine, as my belly is always in suffering. I appreciate the long stretch which gave space to my belly and felt better. 22 days of yoga there, that's amazing of much it helped me with my chronic fatigue Syndrome, I'm very grateful I began this this month, I'm in slow recovery ❤️

Im 63 and a month ago, I badly sprained my ankle and that was followed by Covid. I missed my regular commitment to yoga practice so much and today was my first day getting back on the mat. I had an awkward experience when I tried to practice at a park because people stopped and watch me, as an introvert it's kinda distracting for me but I will try again if the moment allows finding a more serene place to be in touch with nature. I found this channel during the pandemic when I couldn't go to classes at the gym. I love the freedom to choose my own schedule and what type of class I need/want each time. I have chronic back pain and find the gentle classes for low back and hips to be very helpful. I canceled my gym membership and don't miss it.😀 Thank you Adriene!

I've never felt more gratitude during a yoga practice than today! Last weekend I had a pinched nerve in my lower back that made any movement, or even sitting and lying down, super painful. Today I was able to do this practice pain-free. So thankful for my body's ability to recover.

Me Too! Had to cut my long weekend short because of the pain! I do believe recovery is faster because of yoga and being fit. Stay healthy!

I feel you❤ vitamin and iron deficiency really kicked my butt the last year and I have no strength or energy left. This session was challenging for me too. But I know with consistency and time, I'll get back to better form

Begin Day 25 🌿 I haven't been feeling in my best of health and wasn't sure I would do this one better than last time (it was challenging last time). Surprisingly, I did it with much more ease. When life is unsettling, a practice per day grounds me.

I love returning to this practice, kind and gentle, soft and easy, no surprises. Awesome Puppy Posture and Sphinx Pose are super stretchy and no fast flows, perfect. But I still get a feeling of a satisfying mindful workout, so good for the mind and body, thanks Adriene 🙏🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💕

Jennie, I practice every morning before breakfast, since April ‘16 when I discovered yoga and Adriene. I always respect my back and be mindful, so important. Adriene is the best ! Keep practicing 🧘🏼♀️🙏🌈

Thank you! You're wonderfully not annoying and truly respectful of the gentler edge. 15 yrs & 3 yrs of bilateral frozen shoulder ago, i practiced advanced Ashtanga daily. I'm now 51 and desperately hoping to bring yoga energy back into my life. This felt so good, and not too stressful for my problematic shoulders. I'm so grateful & will be incorporating your gentle morning videos into my daily routine! Namaste, sister🙏

Great practice. I enjoyed it very much. Was anybody else reminded of that Halls "Turkish Bath" commercial when she said "breathe deeply my friends" at 20:26 ?
