Great short sequence! I find it helpful when you give a cue when to switch directions during neck or body circles, so each way gets equal love.

I’m having a brain fart. I initially thought I read you wished there was more hips in this “full body stretch” 😂🤦🏻♀️ it’s too early for me. Check out my playlists if you want more of the full body stretch or hips! I have both a full body playlist and hips playlist with longer classes. Also will be implementing longer classes next month. This month was a doozy to get through with posting nearly 2 classes a day but keep an eye out! 🙌❤️
