Oh my goodness I’ve been waiting for this!! I stand all day at work and I can’t tell you how excited I am to do this class tonight! I’ve been practicing with you everyday for a few months now and yoga has changed my life. I’m so grateful for you kassandra, keep up the amazing work, you are an amazing person!!❤️❤️

This felt SO GOOD! I worked at a standing job for two days in a row and then had to do a lot of walking around in the heat this morning. When I got home, my feet were in excruciating pain which radiated up into my legs all the way into my hips. I was in desperate need of this practice, and just 10 minutes in, the pain was gone and I felt wonderfully calm. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing foot pain or who has been standing/walking for several hours. I have flat feet so my feet are almost always tight or in pain, so this kind of practice is really essential for me. Kassandra, I would love to see you make more practices like this one, maybe of varying lengths. A condensed version of this would be great because then I would be able to sneak it in when I get back from a long day at work.

I really enjoyed this having spent 5 weeks decorating and renovating from 7am till gone 10pm (and later), with zero time for practise, in a bid to sell our home and move to cottage in the countryside. I actually felt as though I couldn't put my heels down, stiff with aching up the front of both feet and in my ankles, when I woke yesterday. This was absolutely perfect. Thank you for keeping me motivated and keeping me healthy emotionally and physically. I've missed these practises so much.

Oh this was wonderful! I am a middle school teacher and recovering this summer from the burnout of teaching during covid and loosing two colleagues(heart attack and suicide). It was a devastating year and my legs and feet are storing all of my emotions. I also just finished your 30 day morning and evening challenges. This made a perfect practice for me, especially having done a heavy leg workout followed by two or so hours of basketball yesterday. Thank you Kassandra! ❤️ Also, I loved your chant at the end of the practice. I sensed a slightly higher pitch than usual, and it felt uplifting! 🙌

This was just what I needed! Thanks so much, Kassandra. I was also wondering if you have considered maybe making a video for people with limited spinal mobility. I received a spinal fusion surgery ten years ago to remedy severe scoliosis, so I am unable to round my back, such as in cat and cow poses. You make it easy to find different variations and adjust according to ability, but I was just wondering if making a video for this specific need is something that you would maybe like to pursue!

Didn’t spend the day standing, but I had very sore legs from walking and lifting for yesterday workout. My sore muscles woke my up throughout the night and I finally woke up and did this practice, and it really helped! Thank you!

I am so thankful for this. After working 12 hours on my feet the waterfall pose just feels like heaven! Thank you so much! Your videos are the best I’m addicted!! Also I wonder if you could do a 10minutes cool down video for after running? I always alternate between your two cool down videos and I absolutely love it and just wish you had more of those!!

Could you possible do a flow for feet and ankles? I broke my ankle 10 months ago, PT wasn't seen as necessary by the doc, but I still have stiffness in my toes, which I have been working on daily, but a short video on this would be soooooo welcomed. PS- thank you for creating and making these classes for us!

This is a lifesaver, I have plantar fasciitis, a baker’s cyst from bad knees and a painful bunion. I still hike and stay active as I find the less I do the more it hurts. Your videos play a huge part in keeping me limber enough to keep moving. And this video relieves so much pressure on my legs which makes all my lower limb problems feel so much better! Thank you for all your hard work in putting together these wonderful videos which have such amazing benefits for people like me.

Good morning Kassandra. Whilst your recommendation for this practice was after work or before bed or being on your feet all day, I did this session after my morning walk and it was a perfect way to stretch after my walk. Yesterday was treadmill day, and today my legs are sore. This class is perfect for the day after a walking workout. This is definitely a class I will turn to when needed.
