This felt SO GOOD! I worked at a standing job for two days in a row and then had to do a lot of walking around in the heat this morning. When I got home, my feet were in excruciating pain which radiated up into my legs all the way into my hips. I was in desperate need of this practice, and just 10 minutes in, the pain was gone and I felt wonderfully calm. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is experiencing foot pain or who has been standing/walking for several hours. I have flat feet so my feet are almost always tight or in pain, so this kind of practice is really essential for me. Kassandra, I would love to see you make more practices like this one, maybe of varying lengths. A condensed version of this would be great because then I would be able to sneak it in when I get back from a long day at work.

I really enjoyed this having spent 5 weeks decorating and renovating from 7am till gone 10pm (and later), with zero time for practise, in a bid to sell our home and move to cottage in the countryside. I actually felt as though I couldn't put my heels down, stiff with aching up the front of both feet and in my ankles, when I woke yesterday. This was absolutely perfect. Thank you for keeping me motivated and keeping me healthy emotionally and physically. I've missed these practises so much.

Oh this was wonderful! I am a middle school teacher and recovering this summer from the burnout of teaching during covid and loosing two colleagues(heart attack and suicide). It was a devastating year and my legs and feet are storing all of my emotions. I also just finished your 30 day morning and evening challenges. This was just what I needed! Thanks so much, Kassandra. I was also wondering if you have considered maybe making a video for people with limited spinal mobility. I received a spinal fusion surgery ten years ago to remedy severe scoliosis, so I am unable to round my back, such as in cat and cow poses. You make it easy to find different variations and adjust according to ability, but I was just wondering if making a video for this specific need is something that you would maybe like to pursue!

Could you possible do a flow for feet and ankles? I broke my ankle 10 months ago, PT wasn't seen as necessary by the doc, but I still have stiffness in my toes, which I have been working on daily, but a short video on this would be soooooo welcomed. This is a lifesaver, I have plantar fasciitis, a baker’s cyst from bad knees and a painful bunion. I still hike and stay active as I find the less I do the more it hurts. Your videos play a huge part in keeping me limber enough to keep moving. And this video relieves so much pressure on my legs which makes all my lower limb problems feel so much better! Thank you for all your hard work in putting together these wonderful videos which have such amazing benefits for people like me.
