Hey yogis, this week I'm offering a short & sweet sequence meant to help you tone and strengthen your core. This particular core sequence will focus primarily on the abdominals with a strong emphasis on the obliques.
This 10 minute yoga class for core strength is great to do when you're short on time and still want to get a workout in! Core strength is essential when trying to improve your practice, especially if you want to get into arm balances and inversions. Enjoy :)

This core workout is AMAZING! My abs are on fire! I love that you said we're stronger than we think we are because there were times that I didn't think I could push on through, but I just changed my mindset and made it. This will certainly help me reach my core goals so I can add more vigor to my practices!

Kassandra thank you so much! This class was just what I needed. I have started a new fitness journey recently and I got on KZbin to initially find a 10 minute Pilates video. The video I went with at first was not what my body needed today so I was so happy I came across this video. Remember everyone consistency is what’s important! I am so proud of myself for not giving up on working out altogether but instead adjusting to what my needs were at the moment. Feeling so good after this video ❤️ I hope everyone else is feeling the same!

This past Wednesday I did this workout (for like idk the 12th time across 6 months) and for the first time ever I was able to do 100% of it without putting my knees down or giving up on myself early. Today, (4 days later) I did it again and am really proud of myself. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.

After mixing this in with my other yoga workouts every so often for the past few weeks, I can finally do the sequence without needing to pause!! This is by far the best core video for yoga available, and Kassandra is by far the best yoga instructor out there!

I’ve been having a lot of health issues in the past year that have made my normal workouts impossible for weeks to months at a time (some hand issues, some fatigue, some leg), but this video (and the flexibility flow) have allowed me to keep in shape and maintain my exercise routine. I even found out at physical therapy that my PT uses some of the same videos lol. Kassandra thank you so much for these videos! They are so easy to follow and your descriptions of each move help me understand how to properly perform them. I literally always recommend them to people!

I've been doing this class once a week for nearly a year, mixed in with some pilates and weights, alternating daily for the only 15 minutes I get to myself ... I just want to say thanks for sharing, love what you do, all the best from the UK x

Thank you for this. I haven't worked out in a very long time, so this was a really nice way to start getting back into exercising. I've done your yoga sequences before, but this is the first one that's more workout-esc that I've tried, and it's giving me some confidence that I actually can still exercise and do some of the things I haven't done in a very long time.

I have been doing your 10 minute morning yoga for about two years now and it has been life changing both mentally and physically. This exercise in particular I do as a recurring practice and has solved lingering back issues and has greatly improved my power and endurance on my bike. Thanks Kassandra!

This was the first video I selected when I had only managed to practice yoga on the mornings. After struggling to position appropriately all the times before, I was impressed that I maintained the poses correctly this time! It felt amazing. I just want to say thank you for BLESSING me with your amazing yoga videos since I've been doing you're yoga video for I'm going to say at least 8 months I've lost inches as well as weigh some people don't believe you can lose weight doing yoga however you definitely cant & I finally did this core one what a challenge however it was great thank you again!!!❤🙏
