I never comment a single video here on KZbin but I felt the urgency to write you how much I am grateful for your time and your patience and your amazing sense of care and honesty towards every class you do. I live in Sweden in a small town and there is just one yoga studio here but because I'm studying at the moment, I do not have so much money to spend to do yoga everyday. Your channel change my life! I am doing your 30 day challenge and I am on Day 15 and now I am adding the ab workout. I really enjoy your yoga sessions. I never liked any workout routine. All the routines I’ve tried just makes me feel frustrated because they are too hard ( I am not flexible and tire easily) even if I only do the beginners workout. I like the transitions in the movement. You don’t stay in one position for too long to where you can’t do it anymore because it’s too intense. It’s just enough to feel the stretch and “tension” but you know it works. I now look forward to doing yoga! Thanks!

wow so short but powerful!! i felt the heat inside my body, and now im energised for my day. also i absolutely love your cues, i learnt how to go deeper and align better in poses that I thought i had mastered so thank you for not cutting corners even on shorter classes

just did this after a good cardio session. it was the perfect thing to do. feeling a high from the post cardio endorphins really got me feeling strong and capable of doing the tougher parts of this. and then such a nice and gentle cool down. highly recommend, yall!

I have an increasingly harder time doing poses like downward dog or plank because of my thumb arthritis. It’s really hard to put weight on my hands. Any suggestions for alternatives or props that could help? I have put weight on my fists which is much more comfortable but not quite as stable.
