I know this video has been up for over a year, but I still come back to it repeatedly. It's one of my favorites. Challenging while allowing for a lot of focus on the breath and the subtle movements of the body. Plus, the hydrant moves while in plank are killer.

I love how challenging this was! While I was doing it, I kept thinking that I want to take a quick break but I just kept telling myself to keep going! In the end, it was all worth it. Getting to Savasana felt like such a relief, but after spending a few minutes I could feel all the energy that I have been cultivating. Now it feels like I can go for a whole day, except it's getting super late. Better go wash and sleep! Namaste

Hey Tim, wanted to take a minute to share: I'm a pretty active/mobile guy but was pretty new to yoga in 2019 when I found that year's challenge in May. I was looking for something gentler on my body than the high-impact workouts I'd been doing, but also something that could be just as intense, and which could be an expansion of my meditation practice. After that challenge, I continued to practice with you. I'm grateful for what you shared today about moving from primary work towards nadi shodhana; I feel like I've established a firm foundation in my practice because of your encouragement/strong focus on fundamentals, and that the quarantine challenge is helping me move towards a deeper practice. I'm looking forward to finishing the challenge (I'm a little behind) and joining you at the Conscious Movement community. Thank you for being a great teacher, Tim. I've always appreciated your clear instructions and positive attitude.

I am enjoying the flow of the quarantine challenge. I like how each new day builds on the last, and pushes me and my body to work that little bit harder. Today I accomplished something that my body was unable to do before and it feels really good to see and feel some serious progress! Some of the poses are a bit too hard for me yet, but I am getting stronger every day that I keep practicing, and building muscle and flexibility. Thanks for the great videos!

Hi Tim, I took this class today after three days without practicing due to a severe lower back pain. At the end if the class, I was free of pain and felt open for the rest if the day so thank you for the detailed explanation that help me protect my lower back. Excellent class! Tim you kicked my butt.... started yoga 4 months ago out of necessity from hockey injuries and yoga healed my injuries. Started with restorative then graduated to beginners and followed by 30 day challenges. I figured after 120 days of practice I am ready for your classes, boy was I mistaken!!! Another great practice. It was challenging. Apart from the flying pigeons (which are still impossible for me), the most difficult part was the bent leg lifts while in elbow plank pose. I had to rest a few seconds on both sides, today and yesterday. I really look forward to doing this each afternoon. It helps break up the monotony and stress of being home all day. I was glad to see Ollie acting a little like my dog. I guess he saw someone or maybe an animal pass by the window. So cute! Thanks, Tim.

Very glad I did the 2020 30 day challenge before the Quarantine challenge! This was a good mix of several components, love that transition from rotated chair to cresent lunge with twist... Whew! I do like the longer format, feel like can get a fuller experience, if that makes sense. In Tim rating, this was more of a 2/3 class than a 1/3 class. Thank you, Tim and Ollie for another great challenge!

Great. Again. The glute work in plank really made me focus to activate the right muscle. The repetition of that same move in forearm plank was challenging, but in a good way! Love the long holds in W2 and Triangle. Thank you so much for this challenge. I have to get up early to fit it in before everyone else in the house needs the bandwidth for school and work, but SO worth it!!

Both my shoulders as well as my hips near the sciatic nerve are my major problem areas, so this exercise seemed catered to my specific needs; my shoulders are just balls of pain specifically the trapezius and the levator scapulae, and my sciatic nerves down the outside of my thighs start to shake and scream when I have to stand on one leg and put the other behind me, I can do it but it's a lot of effort. The stretch where we were sitting with the legs apart and reaching the right hand to the left foot and vice versa opened my shoulder blades in a way I have never felt before and I spent extra time doing more of those. The more yoga I do the more I realize how much more work I need, I skipped yesterday because of all the schoolwork I had (not really an excuse) but plan to keep it going strong again. But I tried my best, don't wanna miss this opportunity. Your teachings about what to be mindful of and the transitions between poses are very very professional - also through the KZbin, I got the feeling that I am in a live class. I have been doing yoga now for years and haven't find a teacher that is paying attention on the correct form so much as you are. Thank you for that. I am always so mindful while doing your classes. I did this one today, after 3 days of having corona - first day that I am feeling kind of allright - so that has been hella challenging, I wanted to stop in the middle. So I'm a little behind Tim as I just finished day 3 but boy did I need that tonight! I've been sitting at my desk all day working and doing lots of running and walking but I miss my 3 - 4 day a week classes for sure and must be more disciplined to get my yoga classes in. THANK YOU for this. I really enjoyed day 3 and can't wait for rest of the classes and I need to get into your conscious movement website.

I am sooo grateful for this challenge, Tim. It has eased a lot of my anxiety and tension as I navigate my way through Corona in the heart of NYC. I would consider today's challenge to be intermediate level, offering up plenty of additional options for beginners and the more advanced. Thank you again.

The practice length, the strengthen level are all great! I had followed your 30-day challenge earlier, I will keep break another challenge for sure! Thanks for your video, really enjoy them.
