I know this video has been up for over a year, but I still come back to it repeatedly. It's one of my favorites. Challenging while allowing for a lot of focus on the breath and the subtle movements of the body. Plus, the hydrant moves while in plank are killer.

I love how challenging this was! While I was doing it, I kept thinking that I want to take a quick break but I just kept telling myself to keep going! In the end, it was all worth it. Getting to Savasana felt like such a relief, but after spending a few minutes I could feel all the energy that I have been cultivating. Now it feels like I can go for a whole day, except it's getting super late. Better go wash and sleep! Namaste

I felt the same way at about 40 minutes. I wanted to press through and you're right it was worth it. Even my cat was mellow. I had to savasana around her.

HI Tim! I took up your quarantine challenge, I follow your classes every morning, I love the intensity of the exercises, that's how they supposed to be! After following many others yoga channels, Finally I found the one for me! Very powerful, I feel stronger, thank you from Germany!

Your explanations are more in depth than the others on KZbin-more focused on the foundation. This one was just right! Ended up skipping lunch since it was an hour long! Well worth it!

Hey Tim, wanted to take a minute to share: I'm a pretty active/mobile guy but was pretty new to yoga in 2019 when I found that year's challenge in May. I was looking for something gentler on my body than the high-impact workouts I'd been doing, but also something that could be just as intense, and which could be an expansion of my meditation practice. After that challenge, I continued to practice with you. I'm grateful for what you shared today about moving from primary work towards nadi shodhana; I feel like I've established a firm foundation in my practice because of your encouragement/strong focus on fundamentals, and that the quarantine challenge is helping me move towards a deeper practice. I'm looking forward to finishing the challenge (I'm a little behind) and joining you at the Conscious Movement community. Thank you for being a great teacher, Tim. I've always appreciated your clear instructions and positive attitude.

I found your channel over a month and am finally taking the time to leave you a comment. I have been doing yoga for ~15 years now. Your instruction is incredibly detailed, so much so that I find myself thinking that I am either in a yoga teacher training program or that I have my own personal yoga instructor. I am feeling stronger by the day - loved this class, it kicked my butt. I am a sweaty mess. Namaste

Nice session! It was more challenging than I thought it would be. Holding poses for longer periods and repeating certain sequences. Ollie is adorable! It had a very chill vibe - setting, his tone and calmness. Good guided direction..

I am enjoying the flow of the quarantine challenge. I like how each new day builds on the last, and pushes me and my body to work that little bit harder. Today I accomplished something that my body was unable to do before and it feels really good to see and feel some serious progress! Some of the poses are a bit too hard for me yet, but I am getting stronger every day that I keep practicing, and building muscle and flexibility. Thanks for the great videos!

Hello Tim, I am from Washington DC and I have been doing your 30 day and 7 day challenges. I finished the other two 30 day challenges already (I finished each challenge within 13-15 days because I sometimes did 2-3 episodes a day, lol). This will be my 3rd challenge (7 day challenge). Hi Tim, I took this class today after three days without practicing due to a severe lower back pain. At the end if the class, I was free of pain and felt open for the rest if the day so thank you for the detailed explanation that help me protect my lower back. Excellent class! I also absolutely loved the Pranayama work. Thanks for the vids

Great challenge! Loved day 3. I really felt the stretch in a much better way with the instruction and longer holds on the stretches. Loved it! Lower abb work kills me! I do really enjoy the inward focus and meditation. Feel nice and open now in the areas we focused upon! Thanks Tim!

Tim you kicked my butt.... started yoga 4 months ago out of necessity from hockey injuries and yoga healed my injuries. Started with restorative then graduated to beginners and followed by 30 day challenges. I figured after 120 days of practice I am ready for your classes, boy was I mistaken!!! However, I’m up for the challenge. Thanks for sharing

Very nice "Back to the roots" flow, which is very much needed from time to time. The quarantine flows help me through my isolated days here in Germany next to my own daily flow in the morning.

Another great practice. It was challenging. Apart from the flying pigeons (which are still impossible for me), the most difficult part was the bent leg lifts while in elbow plank pose. I had to rest a few seconds on both sides, today and yesterday. I really look forward to doing this each afternoon. It helps break up the monotony and stress of being home all day. I was glad to see Ollie acting a little like my dog. I guess he saw someone or maybe an animal pass by the window. So cute! Thanks, Tim.

These sessions are perfect. Challenging and focused with the right amount of holding. I’ve long been looking for this sort of yoga online and am glad to have found it. As this challenge is 7 days, I’ll just do it over and over until I found something else that I enjoy and benefit from as much, so more of this or if you could kindly point me in the direction of similar sessions / intensity that’ll also be great. Very glad I did the 2020 30 day challenge before the Quarantine challenge! This was a good mix of several components, love that transition from rotated chair to cresent lunge with twist... Whew! I do like the longer format, feel like can get a fuller experience, if that makes sense. In Tim rating, this was more of a 2/3 class than a 1/3 class. Thank you, Tim and Ollie for another great challenge!

Great. Again. The glute work in plank really made me focus to activate the right muscle. The repetition of that same move in forearm plank was challenging, but in a good way! Love the long holds in W2 and Triangle. Thank you so much for this challenge. I have to get up early to fit it in before everyone else in the house needs the bandwidth for school and work, but SO worth it!!

Both my shoulders as well as my hips near the sciatic nerve are my major problem areas, so this exercise seemed catered to my specific needs; my shoulders are just balls of pain specifically the trapezius and the levator scapulae, and my sciatic nerves down the outside of my thighs start to shake and scream when I have to stand on one leg and put the other behind me, I can do it but it's a lot of effort. The stretch where we were sitting with the legs apart and reaching the right hand to the left foot and vice versa opened my shoulder blades in a way I have never felt before and I spent extra time doing more of those. The more yoga I do the more I realize how much more work I need, I skipped yesterday because of all the schoolwork I had (not really an excuse) but plan to keep it going strong again. The challenge has been a challenge, but I like it. Today it was a little too much for the stand-up positions, my arms are in recovery from a biceps rupture. But I tried my best, don't wanna miss this opportunity. It is funny how you know the hardest moments to make a joke and show empathy and understanding... means a lot of experience, thank you so very much, Tim.

I love how I started with yoga by watching your videos about four weeks ago. I have been watching your videos six times a week and I feel stronger and more flexible. Yet I keep finding all of these videos that keep kicking my ass hahaha I love your channel. Your knowledge and your humor make the challenge so fun.Thank you.

Your teachings about what to be mindful of and the transitions between poses are very very professional - also through the KZbin, I got the feeling that I am in a live class. I have been doing yoga now for years and haven't find a teacher that is paying attention on the correct form so much as you are. Thank you for that. I am always so mindful while doing your classes. I did this one today, after 3 days of having corona - first day that I am feeling kind of allright - so that has been hella challenging, I wanted to stop in the middle. But actually that was the thing I needed. I feel so powerful and energetic after this. Feeling alive again, thank u for that. Much love,

I really enjoy practising with you every morning. Thanks for those great videos. The level is quiet intense and sometimes I have to take a small break or find myself a bit easier version. But all in all its a challenge and it motivates me to become better.

Hi Tim! Wow, an hour long yoga. Definitely challenging for me, but I manage to go through it. Struggle a lot today, but I love it. I only do what I able to do, so no head stand, but do dolphin instead.. Thank you for giving, Tim. With love.

This was great. I've been looking forward to something an hour or longer, what with plenty of time on my hands. It was a decent amount of challenge and I feel super balanced. So I'm a little behind Tim as I just finished day 3 but boy did I need that tonight! I've been sitting at my desk all day working and doing lots of running and walking but I miss my 3 - 4 day a week classes for sure and must be more disciplined to get my yoga classes in. THANK YOU for this. I really enjoyed day 3 and can't wait for rest of the classes and I need to get into your conscious movement website.

I am sooo grateful for this challenge, Tim. It has eased a lot of my anxiety and tension as I navigate my way through Corona in the heart of NYC. I would consider today's challenge to be intermediate level, offering up plenty of additional options for beginners and the more advanced. Thank you again.
