Thank You so much Grandmaster Jiang YuShan! Practising this Form is a great pleasure. Es macht riesige Freude und mein Körper fühlt sich danach einfach nur stark, gesund und gut an!

Currently trying to grasp this but share the few points I've been learning He's referring of hammering to body conditioning which happens from exercise of all kinds as well as intentional conditioning from striking and impacting various parts of the body. This is called Yang aspect of martial arts or external focus of hardness The flowing movements of your body while manipulation of emptiness or space is the called Yin or soft martial arts. When you combine them together it creates a more powerful and complete art but people lean too hard on one or the other normally Yang which is why some body builders or athletes get sick even though they are very fit and look impressive.

When I get home, half of my body becomes strange, probably because of my house, my body doesn't become strange outside, I currently live in a scientifically strange house

Although not a martial artist it is wonderfull to hear master teach from such depth,to keep on going.. Keep fit evolve one's body-work, improvise mix it up innovate etc ,very stylised but imp I guess not to fall into habits ie in life we wear grooves of the moves we enjoy then how to slowly attempt the other moves we need to do to gain more balance etc but find difficuilt .
