Not bad, though the human repeating the persistence hunter part broke the immersion at the end. More realistic dialogue works way better. Something like "nobody fucks with a human and gets to die old."

An interesting story. The ending was obvious in its own way, though interesting that it doesn't involve the group who were just in the bar, instead being something that was coming. That said, might have been neat to see them leave just as this person got there, let them hear and dismiss the story, only to show them cowed by her power, and miss the human killing her as they scampered off the moment she showed up. That said, overall, a good message. Bounty hunters and other such types can't rely on high tech forever. Not if you're going to visit bars like this. You can't hide behind a better ship, or even a personal shield generator, since those have to come down to enjoy life, and it's in those moments that a human will find you and 'balance the books' against those who have wronged them. Good bartender story too, just because I like it when you see someone who was in the life just because of circumstances. They didn't participate, didn't go do the deeds themselves, but they ARE culpable in the events that transpired, so when they make their choice, you instead hurt them, to show there IS a cost, and so they spread it around, warning the next person away. I also like that this isn't a peace keeper thing. The humans only go after those who hurt them, they're not trying to force their morality on other species, not trying to free people just because they're there. A few too many of these have humans try and force their morality on others. Bad as its implementation CAN be, there's a reason for Starfleet's General Order 1, otherwise known as the Prime Directive.

What ever you people may think about this story It is as a stand-alone story not connected to anything a great story Yes if you starts to compare it to others Well sure it has likenesses to other story's but i would say that you'll be hard pressed to find something that doesn't have atleast a fleeting resemblance to an other story So holster your opinions and just see it for what it is a good story about survival love loss and revenge Just take it for what it is just saying 🇧🇻
