Totally agree about being open about mental health. People who don't experience depression and/or other mental health concerns need to be able to put a face with things. It helps to keep it real for people and helps highlight how there is no one mode that all people with depression fall into. It's helped me since I've been more open about my own struggles with depression and ADHD.
