www.pacificrim...
Welcome to training fellow Pac-Rimian! My name is Lee Weiland, Co-Founder & CEO of Pacific Rim Athletics, LLC and Creator of "Powerbatics."
Our mission is to help people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds achieve Total Body Mastery through Powerbatics Training.
And me and my Team of Doctorate Physical Therapists and Elite Athletes/Coaches have helped 1000's of people do just that.
And you can hear from countless students (ages 3 to 83 featured in all of our videos) who've trained from scratch and through past injuries to become highly advanced...
Gaining Press Handstands, 1 Arm Pullups, and Human Flags just to name a few...not to mention incredible Powerbatics' skills...
While radically transforming their bodies and minds for the better.
We believe 1:1 Coaching (face-to-face and online) when combined with Positive Community guarantees the very best of safe, effective outcomes.
To that end, we ONLY offer FREE content...in order to inspire you to become a stronger version of yourself (and not to be confused with real, transformative coaching).
If you would value further information--and transformation--we suggest opting-in for our Free Training and then booking a Complimentary Coaching Session to do a deep-dive on your current situation and goals.
Blessings!

This is the ideal Mindset! This should be taught in every single school in The US. I can't afford the training but I'm saving to join the Program soon. I'm 52

@@larje0 Lee has videos coaching, but here is what I have been using; the frog stand, back bridge, and of course, always trying to do wall handstand pushups, also, Leg Iron Cross and the V from the floor with legs in front for core and horse stance in there, too, with my martial arts kata I do for warmup. I never do the same thing in my training, its always mixed up and fun!

Thanks for all that you do. I am enjoying all the info you send and am trying to put it together into a plan. However, it's unlikely I will get to go to Alaska for training or afford the online training (old and on social security) so.... if you do get around to writing a book I will be overjoyed. ;-) Thanks again. How do people with chronic back pain do these workouts? I can’t put my back into extension witbout pain. That rules out a bridge. I can do pull ups, push ups, dips, and I am working on single bw leg strength. Thoughts?

Yeah that sounds good but with a hole in my knee and waiting over 6 years for surgery and treatment that works from a prosperous country called England, there's no way for me to do splits and end up worse than I started !!!😢

My mum was a state school PE teacher, ,shes 90, fit, happy and the most positive, happy, decent person i ever met and I've travelled the world as they say... she taught PE to MANY thousands of children and adults for decades often for free in lunch time, after school and weekends, all of the latter three which was voluntary and on top of the paid hours to give joy, health skills and positivity to all who attended her class or the match she refereed, so if I may say, your method looks awesome-suredly- but I havevto disagree with the broad brush write off of, for example, state school PE, as somehow a horrible let down or danger to children and society is...which adjective to use here? Well not on! Certainly not in all cases. Also,I personally enjoyed the PE I had at school and a hell of alot, if not all of it, was whole body ( at school we had no weights gymn rather a gymnasium with ropes, vault boxes, rings, wall bars some crash mats etc... ) by the way- looking back we did some crazy fun stuff back in the day...like whole class wrassle-sumo kind of challenge-game, last one left standing on the mats, crazy fun and 100 percent natural full body, FULLY challenge stuff, super exhilerating, crazy fun and ultra healthy.... or like gymnasium assault courses, perfect! Tons of games outside even in freezing mid winter just in shorts and short sleeves ( socks n rugby boots of course) playing rugby, full on full body sport- ( rugby: not everyones cup of tea though, it is quite brutal.) ...Your videos and your method though, as Ive seen in several of your posts are very inspiring and quite excellent and there is much of great value in much you say, and it looks like your students really enjoy it, so certainly thanks for that, but yes there are a lot of deservedly loved and inspiring state school PE teachers sharing beautifully, I imagine not only in UK but round the world ( I get the gripe with much in the modern world though) ...You know just anecdotally, people often stop me and say stuff like 'I did PE with your mum. I absolutely loved her!' Da Naho.

I can tell, not only can you do the training but you can teach it as well. I see people that can do it, BUT, dont have a clue about teaching it. And thats ok. Just remember, NOT EVERYONE can properly TEACH how to train correctly !!!
