That was a really, really great video. Clear explanations, and examples of workflow... fantastic!

This video has been in my Watch Later list for a while, but I wish I had watched it immediately! This was a great walkthrough and really illustrates the tedious things to do to get a great sculpt. Thanks again!

I could hug you! This was so helpful I feel I actually LEARNED something about this. Ha! The other tutorials were either too much or too little. You nailed this, thank you so much.

you can just go to zrmesher in geometry and select adaptivities to lower and then to zmodeler brush and it is shortcut for all topology you did and you can also get fine result for nice simple mesh

you should make the basis of a darker color, then the light lines will be more noticeable and work will be more convenient and easier

Amazing.

So actually you are doing job twice , first you are making "usual" form. After that re-topology ? But isn't it faster just to model it in hard-surface in 3dsmax or Modo or something like that ?
@AKompaniets9 жыл бұрын
+Oleg Budeanu Cool part of it's that you can make draft concept of your hard-surface parts very quickly (with no drawing sketch) and make hard-surface part actually. Make hard-surface in 3dmax, maya, c4d is long process and you can forget what was the main idea of model part while doing it without a reference of corse.

+Андрей Компаниец You have a point here , but you can draft - sculpt in 3dsmax as well ? What is advantage of HS in ZBrush ?

+Oleg Budeanu in zbrush I can make draft like I sculpt real clay style.
