I seem to recall the officer in the 1st clip was not part of the task force & had no clue agents were even present following this guy. I believe this was confirmed if you watch the full video from when he calls in the stop & initiates the stop. Either way, that is one of the saddest videos to watch along with the officer who was killed by the army vet & you hear his screams. Both are heartbreaking for sure
